@@synapse590 Wtf is wrong with you?? It's okay if you don't like him (for what reason anyway because he was the purest person ever)!! But insulting them and wishing the worst? What happened to OUR world? And next time they keep telling me how happy they were when Teresa died...
I’m glad Minho actually saw newt die because in the books he never really gets closure on what happened to newt because after Thomas killed him he didn’t tell Minho
I'm not so sure, I don't think anyone in their group were doctors, Mary was the one who got the blue stuff from thomas that cured Brenda, but then she died.
@@heleanapowell5395 bio-cem and medical wasn't his job at wckd I think he studied the gladers brain activity which is a different type of science and designed the maze as an architected and mathematics genius but that aside You need unspecified equipment to extract separate and distill the enzyme from the blood
yeah fr i wonder why thomas didn't think how brenda didn't turn into a zombie, he didn't realize that his own blood is the cure im mad at thomas for not being able to realize how the hell brenda didn't turn when the only thing Mary did is inject his blood into brenda, bruh he's immune
1:13 Not only shows how selfless he is. Also symbolizes the fact that the Immunes come first, rather than the rest of the world. These lucky few have a real chance at survival, but not if WCKD keeps killing them off
In the books, his sister was immune to the virus and W.I.C.K.E.D. came to get her and after he tried to stop them or something they decided to take him too. He taken to W.I.C.K.E.D. headquarters possibly as the only child there who wasn’t immune to the virus. Edit: too not food
It’s just so stupid that all of Thomas’s friends from the maze died. The WCKD was chasing them as immunes and eventually they were not immunes. It’s against common sense
@@israelvaldivia2686 I don’t think Minho is closer to Thomas than Newt, they’re pretty even. But if one is closer, I’d say it’s actually Newt because he was the one to give Thomas a pep talk in the first movie, second movie (thought the scene was deleted), and then in the third movie he’s the one who calmed him down after punching Gally
@@icantthinkofaname1062 yeah you right it's just I remembered he had some dramatic scenes in the maze but newt was supporting thomas from the beginning.
When I saw that scene in the movie theaters I was like nah. He's fine. Nothing's gonna happen. Everything's all good. Anything to bury the feeling cuz deep down inside l knew that he was gonna die. It was so sad that I actually came out of the theater all boiling up inside with rage. He's a great character. Didn't deserve that. First chuckie. Then him. Not fair. 😥😡😕
Wait wait wait!! Wrong first ben second alby third chuck forth winston fifth newt and 6th teresa that's is the all death in maze runner Why mt favorite character died😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
@@phoeberichmond9951 She simply chose to die rather than live with shame and guilt. But I personally would’ve wanted her to live on to be with Thomas. One of the hardest deaths to witness is the hero’s true love. Another example would be Gwen Stacy.
Because I’m so nice I’m going to make you all cry, tbs (newt) actually wrote he letter himself and Dylan’s (Thomas) read it for the first time on camera
This is the time period in the movie where two scenes overlap. They happen at the same time, making it confusing and nearly impossible to connect them both.
Little Judy newt wasn't immune to the flare, the disease that makes cranks, "zombies", in the books, so he got it. in the movies they are bitten by cranks if i remember correctly, but he still wasn't immune. in both, he was a control for those in the maze that were, to show comparison.
Newt, unlike his friends, isn't immune. When they were in the tunnel with all those Cranks, I guess either the Flare infected him while in the car or a Crank kinda attacked him. In the scene where they are getting out of the upside down car, Newt is holding his arm, which is where he is infected later
He was infected because in the second movie the scorch trials when they was running from the cranks through the mall when the cranked jump on newt newt was infected because he put his arm at the crank trying to hold it off
I have a different theory. Newt is un-immune as we know but, if you look to where his infection is, you can see there is no bite mark or scratch of any kind. So, it couldn't have been from a crank. Flash back to Scorch Trials, you can see the doctor, who is treating Newt, inject something into him. He says it's to make up for everything he has been deprived of in the Maze, but since when has WCKD actually cared for any of the Gladers. They just lie, lie, and lie. I think he was injected with the virus because WCKD had no use for him. He was originally taken in so WCKD could find the difference between him and immunes. Once they were out of the maze, there was no use for him.
I CRIED SO HARD WHEN HE DIED 😭😭😭💔💔💔 also im rlly confused it sayd he got scratched on his forearm in the tunnel during the death cure but i watched the tunnel bit like a thousand times and it never shows a krank scratching him or anyone else
I don't know. But, just in my opinion, when Newt and thomas fighting, Newt push the knife and hit a little on the Tommy's chest and the knife got covered with Tommy's blood. Then after struggling, Tommy stab the knife into Newt that have his blood covered on the knife. Maybe Newt survived ? I don't know. But I hope so 😭
In a scene between Janson and Ava, Ava said the virus was airborne. Not only that, but in the Scorch Trials, he was grappled by one of them so he also could've been infected then
8bitwarrior03 I’m not discounting your theory of him getting infected in the second movie, especially if it makes sense. However there are two things I want to point out. 1: If Newt was infected by the crank during the mall chase, he would’ve turned within a day or two like Winston. When Winston got scratched and infected during the chase, he started to change the next day and he killed himself before turning. 2: The timeline between Scorch Trials to Death Cure is jumped by a couple of months. There’s no way that the Flare virus would’ve laid dormant inside of Newt for that long and not manifested slowly within that time. Best guess is if he wasn’t infected by the virus while airborne, He must’ve been infected in the tunnels. Not by the cranks, but somehow when the Jeep flipped over.
Anthony Caraballo according to the books, the virus takes longer and longer to kill them. For example in the prequels, it takes at first a day to kill, then weeks etc. As the main story happened about 13 years later, it is possible for the virus to take months to kill someone. I feel like Winston’s death is the odd one, as it is kinda obvious it takes more than a day for symptoms. Plus, he dies differently in the books as well...
