Josh holds the crown when it comes to reviews at AA. Huawei is going to be a heavy hitter in the US very soon and HTC is going to fizzle out. The more I see the Nexus 6P it becomes more and more beautiful; the design is clean, subtle and elegant. It may not be the most feature packed phone out there, but in my opinion it is the best phone of 2015.
+mikecantreed Note 5 has S pen and wireless charging. 6p has dual front facing speakers, USB type C, quick updates and a better battery. I prefer the 6p.
+aman ahuja Well Type-C is more of a disadvantage for now. It'll be somewhat around a year or so, when everybody jumps on it and the accessories, hubs, cables and stuff goes cheap. For me, selling point is this: It's a nexus. Nothing is an android device except for nexus. I'd take Nexus 5(the old one) over note 5 anyday. Unfortunately I'm stuck with my piece of shxt Galaxy S3, which I kinda keep alive by flashing unofficial ROMs. Can't wait till I can get my hands on 5x or 6p.
+D13H4RD2L1V3 I can't tell if I really like the N5X. I need to see it in person. Also, you only get 16GB which is too low for me and I'd have to pay almost 450 to get 32GB and no SD expansion. At that price I might as well get the 6P.

+cowboysfanzz77 That's one reason why I prefer Sony! STAMINA does basicly the same thing for a long time alredy. And that as soon as the screen goes of. But most of all, also in your pocket! It does not have to lie still.
Yeah. Was kind of disappointed to hear that it only works in that situation. Kinda pointless. Only time my phone isn't in my pocket it is at night when it's charging..
midicronica1 Indeed! That's also why I'm a bit cocerned what I red about Doze. About what OEM's will be allowed to do in terms of power saving. I would hate it, if I would lose STAMINA over this!
it's ANDROID. basically you can do everything. greenify now can help you enter doze as soon as the screen goes off and it doesn't require Root. just one click if you'd like you phone to doze.
The Nexus line has always been the reason for me stay with Android. Now that they've become unaffordable in my country I honestly don't know what to do.
Wait... That's the reason you're with Android? Where else would you go? iOS? Pretty sure that's even less affordable. The OPO is still a very viable option in 2015.
I'm enjoying almost all features of Marshmallow on my latest CyanogenMod nightly, still have vertical app tray, latest 4 apps used in top line n getting 4-4.5hrs with my Oppo find 7a loaded with CM 12.1 nightly what am I missing here?
I bought Nexus 6P 32GB Aluminum. After using for a few days I noticed a tiny crack on the bottom far left of the screen. It should be noted, I had not dropped the device or abused it in any way. That crack slowly became a large crack across the display. I'm truly disappointed with Huawei Nexus 6P quality. I contacted Huawei but never got a response. I recommend people interested in this device think again and avoid it like a plague.

I have to say I just bought the Nexus 6p and it is probably the best phone I have ever had. How strong the phone feels is incredible. The Nexus 6p is lighting fast and is a all around good phone for anyone thinking about buying it go for it!!!!
The bezels are so big though.. seems like a wonderful phone but I'm absolutely satisfied with my Moto X Pure. Android is doing great things lately - awesome review!

the bad cameras on prior Nexus phones held me back from getting one, I might ditch my LG G3 to get a Nexus 6p but the size of the phone is a concern for me

this is by far the best Android device ever. I never tried an Nexus device before and I'm very happy, no carrier bloat ware, pure Android is the way to go.
I wanted to buy this but its overall size is huge and instead opted for my favorite Samsung! The Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge is beautiful and amazing! I like the way Android is going and even the OEMs are doing well! Touchwiz isn't bad anymore and All is Good in the Android World! ❤ Android Lollipop was a Revolution!
Joshua is my favorite AA reviewer. Although I'm still trying to figure out if he's Asian or hispanic or neither, i like to be on edge so I rather not know.
I'm not sure why everyone keeps talking about the "new" app drawer that scrolls down. This is not a Marshmallow feature, I've had it on my 2012 Nexus 7 running Kit Kat for over a month.
My dream phone (possible to make now) would have Samsung's display (size and res.)and performance on the Note 5, Lg's camera on the G4, Huawei's fingerprint sensor, a massive battery (with quick charge) with fantastic battery life, be waterproof and expandable storage. Google, PLEASE get all of these companies together and make the ultimate phone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hey android authority! You should consider doing these videos in 60fps. Even if the camera you record yourselves is 30fps, You should use a 60fps shooter for recording the cellphone, since in the clips where you use the phones, they seem laggy, but this is just product of a 30fps recording (When smartphone screens buffer at 60hz)
I enjoy your reviews & I've viewed a lot of your reviews. There's one thing that I want to ask. I've never seen you ever satisfied with any phone's camera. What is it actually that you expect from a phone camera?
so the gist of all the Nexus 6P review is that it is undoubtedly one of the best phones of the year. Great build quality, good display, long lasting battery and a great software experience. camera is good but not up there with the likes of iPhone 6s Plus, S6 or Note 5.
