The call was so bad they had to create a rule out of thin air to justify it 😂😂😂. I swear NFL refs are more premadona than MLB umps sometimes. They just can't admit they're wrong, ever lol
yes. i had the bears in my pool, and was actually watching the game when it happened. straight robbery. this is why i knew that the dez catch vs green bay was gonna get overturned. i might be the only dallas fan that was/is good with the call.
the nfl throwback channel made a video 5 days ago where the touchdown was stopped at the 1 yard line, and the first clip was the gaints/jags game last week. i was like, they definitely did this cause they saw it lmao
The thing that really hurt on the Jets touchdown that got called back was that the coach who called the timeout isn’t supposed to be allowed to do that. Yet they still enforced it lol.
never noticed in the manziel clip that behind Kyle Shanahan is Mike Mcdaniel, so cool that they were creating incredible offensive plays for years before coming to the niners.
Watching this video just waiting for the DJ moore clip haha. Don’t gaf though play still got me those 13.2 fantasy points so I love him. Rough time to be a panthers fan though
Idk if you already have a highlights video of a penalty cancelling a highlight, just for the next play to be them scoring it again. Love these videos though!
Thought with this being recent it would have the Fields' TD vs Vikings a few weeks ago that got taken all the way back. He was so quick and agile there and was gone for that TD that would gave the lead but damn that there was a stupid flag.
There is no such thing as "accidental shirt grab" ... you can't block people by grabbing anything at all, so any grab is not "accidental". Hands have to stay open all the time when blocking. Any grabbing is illegal.
@@leomdk939 then why call it sometimes and not all the time? Why call it when it happens miles away from the play entirely? I've seen plays get called back because some guy on the left side of the field nowhere near the qb or anyone who touched the ball, grabbed a defenders shirt, guy could've been a receiver just swatting and hooked his fingers on a defenders shirt for half a second. I'm not even saying don't call it. But why not, if it doesn't impact the play in anyway, call it differently? It's the only sport that can do that for almost all penalties but doesn't. Why is a non impact infraction a complete do over and not simply on the spot of the down? If someone off the play holds a defender. Have it take effect where the ball is downed.
I'm baffled that Gene Steratore is called the "Rules Expert" now. That guy is a joke. He pulled out a damn index card to measure a 1st down. He doesn't know the difference between a catch to an incomplete pass
Broncos: *make a really perfect play against the Colts* Refs: "I'm about to be a despicable and deplorable piece of shit, but I'm doing it to protect my Vegas bets. It's time to throw a flag." There's a reason people hate referees. If they'd stop betting on the games they work, people wouldn't hate em as much.
i dont care of their stupid rules, there should never be a game end due to a "running clock" if your checking a play when there's still time on the clock the game should start from what the time was when you started checking the play.
If a play immediately ends because someone takes off their helmet, could a random person on the defense stop a runner or receiver who has a wide open field from making a touchdown by taking off their own helmet to end the play?
Im pretty sure it's only if the player with the ball has their helmet taken off. If another player takes has their helmet taken off, they can no longer interact with the play.
