I have a franchise in madden 24 and I had to trade debo to free cap. So the 49ers are in the same situation.

No one talks about the fact that there may not be a team to pay him that. Washington has plenty of WR and idk if any teams would think hes worth what ge thinks and they would bw right. Unless someone trades at least another good receiver and at least a 2nd or maybe a good pick they can trade to someone else this year. They will need someone though

Make him play until there's a game changing trade. Not worth top wr money. He didn't even give 4 years of top wr play. Only one and two mid seasons. Don't overpay

He has been paid for this year so he doesn't have a choice. Next year they can franchise tag him and he won't have a choice. So basically, the 49ers are in control of the situation and BA knows it. BA wants big money, so that means he's not a team player. I say hold him on his last year contract and give him the franchise tag. If he doesn't play, he doesn't get paid. Win win for the 49ers.

BA is not that great of a receiver requiring that much salary he wants. He is good but not a great.

49ers wont be able to afford him next year so hes as good as gone anyway
