I’ve zigged and zagged correctly with the Seahawks the last 2 weeks, and now I think the markets are still one step behind with this team. This is a great spot and matchup for the Hawks. I said it last week-in the entire Geno era, the Seahawks beat up on the bad defenses and struggle against the playoff teams. I was confident the Bills would be a matchup problem for them. And now we have the Rams with no pass rush and an average defense at best. I see the Seahawks having a balanced attack on offense much like they did vs the Falcons. And let’s not go crazy about the rams just yet. The raiders handed them a fumble-6 and another short field (after an INT). Even with that, the raiders were still in position to win the game. Then last week the rams just caught the Vikings in a tough short week spot after the Lions. I’ll go back to the Seahawks on the ML this week and have this game landing somewhere around 27-20.
Teddy didn't seem to be to jacked about the seahawks(he usually calls them seahags) chances this week. I gotta say, Hawks looked HORRIBLE vs Buffalo. Getting DK back would help, but who knows if he will be back. Lockett only had 1 catch this week WITH DK out. ONE!!! So that would lead you to beleive they were running the ball? NOPE! 32 yards on 17 carries! I think this is one of those "get beat by the same team twice" scenarios. I don't believe they pull themselves back together to beat a lambs team that plays the Hawks like its their friggin superbowl! Trick plays and all. Good luck on that ML. Its lambs or nothing for me on this game. I think they pull it back together for AZ. Then get hammered by SF again.
Great analysis, Smoky, and it certainly is a 'circle the wagons' spot for the Seahawks. I'm just not convinced Seattle is any good, espeically when their receiving corps is banged up, like it is now. Thanks for sharing and best of luck!
I was thinking NYJ would fire their kicker today, but I haven't looked. NE defense may do well against TEN. TEN like most Defenses can get taken advantage of if their offense isn't getting them field position semi consistently.

Patriots - Titans: Probably pass, cant really decide here. The first look will me give Trash vibes here but here can problably happening everything here. Chargers - Browns: Yeah the Ravens game was strange last week against Winston at Browns 2nd qb. If Browns D-Line can do enough pressure on Herbert, there can be a wake-up-call for Browns. For me slightly chargers with -1. NO - Panthers: Yes, what happens with Carr and Comebacks for the Unit. I will look until friday, im here for actual -4.5 to -5.5 (around 2 Field Goals) Dolphins - Bills: i watched the Bills/Seahwks Game and wow. if the dolphins defense have no ideas, the Bills will stomp this, and we all know that the Dolphins Defense have big struggles. Dallas - Atlanta: I dont know, i pass here. :D Everything is possible here in this game. Broncos - Ravens: OOF. Yes the Ravens had a last bad week, also because it was a very short week for them. -9, okay. Raiders - Bengals: Makes sense, i have actual -6.5 on my list. Colts - Vikings: Yeah, i have also -5.5 on my list. Lets see what happens between Richardson and Flaco. (The negative stat Record on Richardson in the first half was also a smash, only two of 15 pass attempts for 81 yards, 1td and 1 int). If Vikings Defense is ready, Colts will get some Big Problems. Commanders - Giants: Numbers are already fine. I also have in reminder for the later incoming weeks the maybe trade from Hyatt or Slayton to the Chiefs. Bears - Cardinals: I have no Idea, but lets see what Caleb Williams will do in the incoming games. I mean, the Bears could also win at sunday if the Mary didnt hit, soooo.. I i have to decide i would see Bears with a slightly win with still a solid Defense and a "progress working offense" over time. Overall, i will pass. :D Rams - Seahawks: i only reminder that litte Rage at Geno from the Sunday Game. That hurts and that only lucky game was against the Falcons right? Yeah at that week 7, i picked the Falcons, bad myself but i see that the offense did something but im not sure, if this is enough for the Hawks. I will go with the rams with -1.0 and some Counter Play. Lions - Packers: Full Agree and important informations here! Jaguars - Eagles: Wow, what was that last game against the Bengals from the Eagles? If the Eagles doing their play on a constant line (D&O), there is NOW the working stage at Philly. I guess there is smth happening right now and i go with the Philly with around 1TD (6.5) Buccs - Chiefs: Hm, the Raiders Game from Sunday was from the KC Perspective fine but not overwhelmed (I remember 10.5 was the prediction for sunday). Second half was also a bit sleepy at the beginning. Could be a 5.5 or 6.5 for Chiefs. The sites are an additive plus for making the right decisions, thanks a lot! :)
There's a trend out there that says bet Overs the back half of the season on Thursday Night as well. That said, I'm not touching Jets - Texans, really hard game imho....

I didn't take Vikings Under (considered it, but didn't pull the trigger). I'm likely to lose Bills Under and Broncos Under, still very live with Saints Under, Cardinals Over and Cowboys Under. Bucs have all kinds of injury woes right now, but there's still plenty of hope for the Bucs down the stretch, not a team I'm in any rush to fade down the stretch, AFTER the bye. Two tough games between here and the bye though, not in any rush to BACK Tampa until they get healthier....

FFS you dont need "balance" on offense to win & u can neutralize a front 7 teeing off on the QB by running screens & swing passes to vacated areas & also DL get fatigued constantly trying to pass rush & if a team cant stop it why run the give up play (former head coach mike Dunleavy would run same play over & over until the opponent would adjust & stop it ) IMHO those ne pat teams were successful partly bcuz of the consistent short pass game & a short pass is just like a handoff so it drives me crazy these teams get scared after a 1st down incomplete pass & run those dumb give up plays & if anything fake the end around w/ the wr in motion to delay the front 7 by a half second , but these teams dont even do that just run a basic give up play run - pass pass pass even a 2-3 yard dump off can get 5-7 yards in a vacated area of the field- sorry for the rant but i was also impressed w/ those pat teams bcuz they dare to keep passing it & wouldn't try 2b "balanced" w/ running a 2-3 yard " give up play " after a 1st down pass Great show - much appreciated
Thanks for the comments, Notorious. I agree 100%, it's stupid when a team gets the ball back, runs three times up the middle, burns some opponents timeouts, and then punt it back. I like the aggressive head coaches and coordinators. In the TB12 years, Bucs running game was very limited. This stood out to me: "just w/ the eye test i wanna bet the house on HOU, looks like free $, BUT no such thing as a free lunch w/ the books & this game is the game of the season for NYJ - prob hold my nose & take the jets" These are the games that I'd recommend that you pass, leaning one way, then leaning the other.
