Harrison addressed Catholics and as a Catholic he voiced the truth which is so very foreign to most. God bless and protect Harrison for the intolerant and hateful people. Last I knew, we have freedom of speech and religion in this country. If you don't like what Harrison said, fine, however the level of hate directed at him is repugnant. Stay in your lanes.

The NFL distancing itself from him is despicable. The NFL has some players who have committed some horrible crimes that have not been distanced by the NFL. This man was invited to speak by people who wanted him there speaking his beliefs. No crime committed. America is suppose to be a country of freedom of speech and religion. Shame on you NFL.

@@myopinionmatters I just watched most of it up towards the end. He said nothing wrong. He spoke about God, Jesus, Abortion snd marriage. He talk about his belief in a room full of students who is probably is in the same belief considering how loud they cheered. I am so tired of people getting their lives ruined because sensitive people are offended over someone else’s beliefs or opinions. I am A Christian not a catholic I actually highly disagree with that religion but regardless he haves a right to his opinion. People have a right to disagree but having actions against him for this would be considered cruelty in my book. Everyone needs to build tougher skin.

I don't know why people are so upset! He was speaking at a Catholic school and is Catholic. The Catholic religion that has a strong stance on family. I feel he speaks the truth and the world would be a better place if women would stay home when raising children and being a mother is the biggest thing any woman could ever do. I'm not sure where this narrative is coming from about women need to be out there in the workforce, parenting, and upholding being perfect at everything. I lived a life where stayed home and had the opportunity to work as well and staying home is way better for the soul. There is no point of trying to do it all because nobody can.

He's speaking at a Catholic school. I'm no Catholic, but don't they believe these things. What's wrong with women staying home and raising children, taking care of the home? All this time, I thought feminism was about choices. It sounds like he's proud of his wife and thankful to God for her. I thought we were supposed to lift all women up. Even Christian woman that want to be homemakers. Or any women of any belief that choose to be homemakers.

Huh? What year is this? Really? We're NOT going back to the last century and beyond, aren't we? Remember the time when women were not allowed to inherit, vote, or even going to college... let alone having a profession? Just recent as 1970s that women could not even open a bank account without a signature of their husband! Wow! Talking about backward... and then progress! Humankind will always make change, progress and advancement.... no matter what... even there are some who are living in the past, can't adapt, can't change... and will get left behind. Hopefully his views on LGBTQ pride evolves to a more positive light. If not, i'm not sure any kid of his who turns out to be of the LGBTQ community will find acceptance at home. For him to be so young, it's sad that he has the view point that many of the women there graduating want to be at home with babies. If that is the case, they wouldn't be there graduating because no degree is needed to raise a child. Make your deep-rooted hate make sense, dude.
