Holmgren would have never done this. McCarthy has impressed me every year and I flippin love the Packers. It was amazing when they won the super bowl, I got to watch two of their playoff games on a cruise ship!!! This is the best fake field goal ever... GO PACK GO!
actually you do own that copyright from that video , as its a video of just a tv set and copyright doesn't go beyond those limits of republication so your not infringing on NFL or the Network,
In the end, Packers: 11-5 (NFC NORTH CHAMPIONS) Bears: 10-6 (MISSED THE PLAYOFFS). But hey, thanks for knocking out NY's hopes, that I was happy about.
TECHNICALLY you MIGHT be breaking the law here. You can claim fair use but you would almost surely lose the case. But the NFL is cool, unlike the MLB, and they realize that it isn't worth paying thousands (if not millions) of legal fees to get all these gameplay snippets taken down when really it helps keep fan interest in the game, improves the NFL image, and ultimately makes them more money. Worse case scenario, the NFL issues a DMCA request to RU-vid and your video gets pulled.
lol the George halas comment is absurd. halas supported something all of green bay supported. He was interested in the rivalry. To insinuate that he saved the packers is ridiculous.
The refs allowed it on a drive where there should have been at least two penalties. But then, The Packers have gotten away with more holding than any other team in the league while Favre was QB. Why should Erin be any different?
Excuses excuses... Guess I should have expected it from a Bears fan. After all, that's the kind of thing we always hear from them when the Packers beat them (which is quite often).
He's giving you a load of crap. The whole idea of copyright is to stop unauthorized reproduction. If simply rerecording something voided the copyright, what's to stop companies from pointing an HD camera at a TV screen, recording blockbuster movies, and selling them as their own?
Monday night football, 2010 season, it was repaid. We were also the 2nd most penalized team that year. Like I said, biased and selective. Refs screw it up for everybody, bud, including your team once in awhile. Like I was reminded this last season with one of the worst calls in referee history which was against the pack, "should have never been in that position in the first place."
More excuses from the Packers. If not for george Halas ther aould BE no Packers, and the Bears own the alltime head to head. The Bears are strong and the Vikings are improving. Prepare to look at the world from third place this season.
No I have a great memory, going back to 89 when the Packers were handed a win they didn't earn, and continuing through the present day. The Packers have been coddled for decades.
It all depends on what the penalties are and when they come. You should have been penalized more. The game you lost aginst the Seahawks your were given a TD you didn't earn, so it was a wash. Typical whining Packer fan.
