3 years later Peyton Manning 2 super bowl appearances 1 super bowl win with the Broncos Tim Tebow got done dirty by the Jets but switched sports and is now 1-15 in the fall league winner Peyton Manning
Noah DeJesus bottom line did the Broncos win the Superbowl with Peyton manning is Tim Tebow playing minor league baseball bottom line how many Super bowls victories does manning have 2 right not one with two different teams right Tim Tebow he's playing a ball right
Noah DeJesus in what world? I like Tim but he couldn’t make another start after Denver, Peyton won more than ten games each year in Denver went to a Super Bowl in 2013-14 and won a super bowl in 2015-16. Tim is competitive but wasn’t a complete qb in the end, however he is a great analyst and I applaud him for that one
Tim Tebow passed Skip eye test. Aaron Rogers, Nick Foles, Joe Flacco didn't pass Skip eye test and they are all now Super Bowl Champions and Super Bowl MVP's. Tim...... not quite
It would have been epic if Tebow had gone to the Jaguars or Dolphins, back in Florida, and they ran the offense around him. At least one season, to give it a try. Imagine the buzz.
@@danielleavy5192 Is this about the Jeremy Lin ice cream thing? Haha. Man, that was ridiculous lmao. I mean does a person really need to be told that having a fortune cookie flavoured ice cream to represent an Asian player is somewhat racist?
Skip wasn't sure about Peyton Manning. Was thinking Tebow should start instead of Manning. He still thinks that the Colts should have kept Manning and et Andrew Luck go. So let me clarify then, Tebow > Luck? Um....? Let's not get into Manziel and RG3. haHa
I’m a Raiders fan but also a Florida Gators fan and I love Tim Tebow. He’s part of the reason I became a Gators fan. Not a fairweather fan of Tebow but just love the man for how great of a Christian man he is and how very passionate he is about his faith. I get why Tebow was considered overrated in the NFL but people can’t hate Tim Tebow personally. The mans a great person
Elway screwed Tebow, he would have been perfect backup to Peyton. Sitting and learning from Peyton for two years might have made all the difference in the world for Tebow in NFL.
Tebow didn't want to be a backup. He went to the Patriots where they wanted to teach him how to be a pocket passer, he could've learned behind Tom Brady but he wanted to be a starter.
Tim Tebow screwed himself 47.9% completion and awful Quarterback he cant play That's not John Elway problem clown John Elway gave yo hero Tim Tebow a chance and he wasnt good Quarterback John Elway job is to do what's best for Denver Broncos team not 1 player in Tim Duncan John Elway worked for the Denver Broncos he didnt work for Tim Tebow John Elway won superbowl after getting Peyton Manning a real Quarterback and getting rid of the gimmick of Tim Tebow
The last point with skip saying that the panthers had talent, he was right. They started winning the division the year after or the one after that, and the panthers and broncos met at sb 50
Skip never had nobody like Stephen besides Shannon Sharpe and also Jay Crawford contributed alot as well. I liked when they all was together they was checking each other 😔😭❤ especially Skip hahaha.
I miss these 3 guys in the old days I would love to watch them every day in the morning and get a kick out of them and my dad and I would debate about the sports world
Other than the Peyton manning part, he was actually dead on with his list. All those guys were journeyman at best. I truly believe tebow given a shot would of done better
they went 3-13 but he was a rookie and they had the worst record the year before and the next year they went 13-3 (biggest turnaround in NFL history). Tim Tebow will NEVER be a better qb than Peyton.
It does matter how many games the Broncos won, Tebow is a scrub who cannot hit the side of a barn. The question should be, how far would the Broncos would have gone with a competent QB.
He's the Vince ferregammao of one year quarterbacks, but Vince and the Rams went to the super bowl, Tim tebow was surrounded by talented black players, take that out of his play book !9
Jeez, you people won't let it go. Yeah he had a huge turn around, but look what happened, they got Edgerrin James and Manning threw the ball less. the following year when he started throwing more again, they almost had the biggest turnaround again! lol He went 6-10. So yes, he figured it out EVENTUALLY, and now he's a legend. However, let's not forget he had his growing pains as well.
I agree with Skip. Peyton struggled for a LONG time to win a playoff game and his first full season was like 1-15 or something like that. People forget that he was just a regular season champion for like 10 years. I believe Tebow has a lot to offer once he simply ups his football IQ.
DaBearsManiac Feel dumb now? There were factors to Peyton's horrible rookie season. Yeah, he threw a lot of INTs but do you remember how awful his O-line was that season? One of the worst I've ever seen. Tebow was absolute trash and the NFL agreed. He shouldn't have been stubborn and went to Jacksonville. He would've been the starter there.
