gotta love it, are the salmon naturally occurring in lake Michigan? seems strange that a predominantly saltwater species is so abundant in a freshwater lake..

There is some natural reproduction mostly on the Michigan side of the lake but it is mainly a stocked fishery. Thanks

Jerry Ford, it stands for "secret weapon rig". It is when you use two or three color Lead Core line behind your downrigger ball.

Thanks Nick, I've been watching your videos and they are very helpful as I am planning a trip up your way to try my hand at Salmon fishing. I don't have much experience. I live in Southern Illinois so it's not easy for me to get up there.
