this is proof that good lighting can do wonders. I bet they got away with a bunch of stuff just because they spent the time to make good lighting instead of just cranking polygons on every asset.

This is what midnight club 3 looked like to me as a kid

if not for the handling, cops, story, this could easily be underground 3, it just nails the vibe! and it's to me the most realistic night ever made in gaming.

Remember , its a gtx 1060 recommended game with no ray tracing , despite looking better than 80% of modern AAA racing games

This game was ahead of it's time, the graphics, the sound design, the city, the vibes... still unmatched, sadly it was killed by the terrible handling, I have fond memories of it, having your car parked, listening to rain and hearing the echo of tires screeching and loud exhausts of other players racing somewhere on the other side of the city was great, this game is such a mood

This is what always night gets you ea just cranked up the rain and made it super dark making the game look better than it should cause it hides all of the problems in the dark

It was a good game. I always remember weird handling and terrible cops. With the recent update, Unbound is fun to play and it's easier to earn money.

NFS 2015 is a underrated game although I hate how the cops didn’t try. The game looks more realistic than most of the NFS games that came out before and afterwards. Definitely one of the best looking ones I’ve seen

This was an interesting time because we were transitioning into a new era and developers were working hard to define the new standard what graphics will look like moving forward. It’s more interesting now seeing how it wasn’t a sustainable standard for many reasons and you actually see a decline in graphics now compared to this time period in many games. Think about the best graphics in games. This game. Battlefront 2, rdr2 is what comes to my mind. All only about 3 years apart And pretty old at this point.

Aside from the lack of content and shitty handling, I can confidently say this was a true successor to the underground series. This game felt so much like the old ones with the car customization and cheesy ass story

-NFS2015 still the best Graphics even on Low. -Ventura Bay still the most Realistic city. -Ventura Bay still has the best drifting spots. for handling there are at least 3 dif mods to choose, i still play this game with Drifting physics mod

Haven't had a rise from any NFS since this one. Payback and Heat were meh at best, and since I deeply despise the cartoon effects in the last iteration, I'll be going backward instead of forward. Overdue for a complete run of MW2005 anyway.

The nfs heat was the last most realistic and prime nfs. Nfs Unboung is just trash, they added useless anime guys that make the game look so much worse.

I'm most likely gonna regret this but just because of this clip I'm going to redownload the game again and give it another shot, maybe all this time later now it can be enjoyed as a not even good but ok racing game considering there is a massive dry spell in this specific genre (racing + cop chase)

My only gripe with this game was that it was always night time and always raining. Like I get that rainy nights are good for a graphics showcase but for a whole game to be centered around that ONE novelty really made me want just a little more out of this nfs.
