I've been having fun with Vlt-Ed recently, because I made new sounds or restored old ones. The interesting part is that I did not replace anything in the "engineaudio" category, but actually added new entries in the database.
AttackerPictures, no, it isn't modified sound of EVO VIII. Stock EVO VIII uses hon_s2k_e (Sound of stock celica from ug2 or honda s2000 sound), here Evo IX uses custom sound - named as ac_integ (acura integra). Fun fact: ac_integ was in most wanted as leftover.
My only problem with Carbon was the cars would reach its peak rpm to quickly in neutral like some kind of superbike, nfs Underground did the engine revving in neutral so good, the way the car slowly growled up to a loud rev and sneezed when you released the gas, perfect.
Which is stupid cuz 350z V6 shouldnt sound the same to R34 or Supra but Supra in stock and tuned R34 sound exacly like 350z -_- ProStreet fixed all of this cuz they got new recordings for all the cars
hey, there's also a audi sound left over from the files (it's used for the exhaust) but the name is "aud_s4" the "aud" obviously being audi and s4 being a model. there are some leftovers from the game, like the punto, but weirdly the acura integra exhaust carried over from nfsmw
Can you exchange the sound of the SLR Mclaren modified for the sound of the Ford GT in stock and change the supercharger wine to the one witch deserves to be in that car???. Or if you can't, i have another question. Can high pitch the sound of the car??? Can you do it with the same cars???

@@KikuraKun For your information the third generation used 6G72 (the V6 sound that is recorded from this engine) while this second generation uses only Inline 4 engines and the turbo version uses the exact same engine from the Evo.

You call that 350Z sound a 2JZ? You have to be kidding me. VQ35 and 2JZ are different engines but for some reason Black Box put them. And no that is not how stock RB26DETT sounds like this sounds more like 1JZ/RB25DET. And it is funny how he used nis_350z_a + pag_zon_a for the Supra. Still the upgraded Supra sound is way better and more realistic than this change my mind.
@@HeroManNick132 the only reason blackbox put them well I don't know like why didn't they put the original supra files? my theory is that some idiot thought they lost the files so they had to mimic an actual supra using the high pitch of the 350z
@@ManLikeEddy Well, but they at least recorded a proper Supra sound for Pro Street - 1 modified and 1 not 100% stock but close to stock Supra. Well, as you know the 2F2F Skyline that Black Box took from the Movie like the unused Charger sound from the first one or some others is this sound contains a lot of the 2JZ-GTE that the 2F2F editors put it for the Skyline one. But for NFS TR they did use ths weirdest combination as possible - they used less aggressive version of toy_supra_b from NFS PS with toy_mr2_b for engine (which also was used by the Tier 2 Focus and Tier 1 200SX or the Tier 5 Megane RS), taken from Burnout. And the Tier 5 one uses a new Honda S2000 variant which even in NFS UG2 wasn't used and it was used the Ferrari 360 sound which returned and it was used for the One-77 & the F1. They took also some sounds from HP2010 which didn't appear in NFS World like the Porsche Carrera GT sound.
