Hello guys, this has to be one of the best MW mods. These guys made awesome job with this mod and you can clearly see the difference. I didn't showcase every single change they've made, cause this video would be much longer and you will have to experience it yourself. I dare you to try it :)

No one is realised that the Mercedes SLR McLaren is used the exact same soundfile as the BMW M3 GTR called GIN_POR_928.gin (por_928). At least the Corvette sounds in the final like a Corvette not like a Mustang but for some reason the GTO/Monaro/C6 Corvette are using the same 6.0L V8 LS2 but they use different stock sounds like the GTO is using GIN_MustSal_Ramp_V2_CD.gin (for_mus_b) - same sound as stock Chevrolet Camaro 396, Ford Mustang GT, the Monaro - GIN_BMW_M5.gin (bmw_m5_a), the Corvette - GIN_Corvette_Z06.gin (cor_z06).

@@valen7142 Well maybe as the exhaust part the TVR Cerbera has it but keep in mind the Cerberas were with flat-plane and the engine sound I can say it pretty much sounds like it as the final one. It is funny how the proper TVR Cerbera exhaust sound was in Burnout Paradise used by the Hunter but not in NFS MW 2005.

Probably because they wanted to focus on other cars and give them spotlight the Z and Skyline already got quiet a spotlight in both U2 games.

@@kartikgupta9584 carbon was a different game. They had a year to get licensing finished. Nissan could have easily took away ea's privileges to the skyline and the z at the last second as easy as they could've given it too them. So they must have done something right on carbon that they fucked up on in the process of making mw

Honestly the normal E46/CSL is a better option than putting another M3 GTR or putting another Pontiac GTO that is made in Australia and sold as Vauxhall for the UK instead of Holden. But at least mods exists thankfully these cars are so easy to mod.

I kinda see why they removed it. There wouldn't be much sense in keeping the normal E46 in the game if you could get the M3 GTR. It would certainly be slower and there generally wouldn't be any incentive to use it, unless they put OP upgrades on it and made it faster than the other top tier cars.

@@ThatTurboProbe Well, this is the same thing as the street version of the BMW M3 GTR. It is another car that is a bonus car by having the 1.3 version of the game a.k.a the Black Edition that adds the Chevy Camaro SS 396 as bonus car. But to be honest this M3 GTR is kinda pointless because it is a way slower version just like the E46 and it doesn't have upgrades too unlike the E46 (with mods of course it has but by default it doesn't). I still wonder why Black Box had to add another Pontiac GTO a.k.a. the Vauxhall (Holden) Monaro VXR8 which is basically the same car just made from Australia and marketed as Vauxhall for UK. Only the facelift is slightly different - it has more aggressive front and back (instead of 2 exhaust pipes it has 4) and it is RHD. But for some reason the Vauxhall has better performance than the GTO and this car is making the GTO basically the worst fully upgraded car. But it is funny how Black Box recorded like 5 sounds from M3 E46 (some are used by the Clio and TT, others are used here for example the Supra and in the final they are unused like GIN_BMW_M3_LagSeca.gin, GIN_BMW_M3_Silver/White.gin. Others GIN_BMW_M3.gin, GIN_BMW_M3_race.gin and GIN_BMW_M3_LagSeca_V2.gin are using by the Audi TT 3.2 Quattro NJ and Renault Clio V6 Phase II.

Still sounds closer to a modified 2JZ-GTE/2JZ-GE than the current 350Z/G35 sounds or the 300ZX sound that was used for the first upgrade. And I believe this is one of the BMW M3 E46 sounds that I think it was called GIN_BMW_M3_LagSeca.gin (that some are still used by the Audi TT 3.2 Quattro and Renault Clio V6 Phase II like GIN_BMW_M3.gin, GIN_BMW_M3_race.gin and GIN_BMW_M3_LagSeca_V2.gin). And least here in the beta was used proper I6 sound that should have been used instead of the VQ35DE sounds or VG30ET. But either way by using NFS VLTED you can add this sound if you really wanted lol.

It's interesting How many Things they used from Underground 2 to make some Beta Stuff for Most Wanted, like, The Câmera Angles for the Beta Intro of Most Wanted are the Angles as in the Replay Mode of Underground 2 and The PS2 demo used the Engine of Underground 2

@@NerdGames864 Well, the gamemodes types are even from NFS UG1 with no drifting mode however but one of the most significant thing that is from NFS UG2 are the car sounds. All of the cars sounds from NFS UG2 are there but not all of them are used. If you listen closely the cars in the final that uses sounds from NFS UG2 are: *Fiat Grande Punto, Lexus IS300, Volkswagen Golf MK5, Chevy Cobalt SS/Camaro SS, Mitsubishi Eclipse GT/Evo 8, Audi A3/A4, Cadliac CTS, Pontiac GTO, Mazda RX-7/RX-8, Toyota Supra, Ford GT and Subaru WRX STI* . Other cars use new sounds (however some of these cars that are are using NFS UG2 also are using new sounds for upgrade especially - the *Audi A4* for ultimate it uses the same sound as *Porsche 911 GT2 (996)* - GIN_POR_GT4R.gin. The Supra and Is300 are using for stock newer (bit more aggressive version of the 350Z sounds that is called GIN_G35_350ZX_Comp_V2_AB.gin). I wouldn't go into many details about which car which sound uses but you get the idea (if you didn't pay attention to the car sounds) which cars are using NFS UG2 sounds and which are using new sounds (which is the other part that I didn't mention). I think also these things in the beta like the drift camera is still in the files but unused. Most of the NFS UG2 content is of course is unused but not everything leftover from NFS UG2 is cut. You know some cars from NFS UG2 are there like the *Mitsubishi Evo 8, Lexus IS300, Ford Mustang GT, Toyota Supra, Audi A3/TT 3.2 Quattro, Subaru Impreza WRX Blobeye, Mazda RX-7/RX-8* . Keep in mind the Pontiac GTO in NFS UG2 is the 2004 version with less agressive look and not the LS2 version and instead it is the LS1 version. And of course there were more cut cars that were supposed to be there from NFS UG2 but these one have made it.

You are talking for the GIN_POR_928.gin that was the beta sound or the GIN_TVR Cerbera.gin that is used by the final M3 GTR? You can still use this sound with NFSVLTED.

Lol you are surprised that this game uses stuff from NFS UG2? You know some car sounds are still used from NFS UG2 (and basically all sounds in NFS MW 2005 exist in the sound folder but not all from them are used).

You know by using NFS VLTED you can replace the sound with GIN_POR_928.gin (por_928/por_928v8_a) at any time lol with any car that you want. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

But still the final sound of the Corvette sounds like it is the Z06 version not the regular version. And still don't understand why if the C6 Corvette, GTO and Monaro have the same 6.0L V8 LS2 use different sounds (and still the GTO sounds like pure Mustang GT as stock and upgraded for some reason).

if u download Beta Mod But You don't Like The Beta sound of BMW. You Can Use NFS-Vlted to Enable A Transmission Whine Sound on Por_928 or Change The Sound from por_928 Into tvr_cerb.

nissan did not allow their cars in nfsmw, cause they don't wanted to associate the brand to cop pursuits, until the success of the game, so they appeared back in nfsc. this time, only this time it's not ea's fault lol

Actually it is from Porsche 928 the sound in the files is called GIN_POR_928.gin (por_928/por_928v8_a).

Well, the sound is not from Supra it is another BMW sound that is unused called GIN_BMW_M3_LagSeca.gin (not to be confused with GIN_BMW_M3_LagSeca_V2.gin which was used for ultimate upgrade of the Clio V6 and TT 3.2 Quattro). But honestly even though it is a BMW sound and it will sound like NA 2JZ-GE instead of 2JZ-GTE it makes more sense. The weirdest Black Box logic is they either put a V6 sounds to I6 cars and the vice-versa for the V6 cars.

Said the one who doesn't know that this is the beta sound a.k.a. GIN_POR_928.gin. The final M3 GTR is using GIN_TVR_Cerbera.gin or GIN_TVR_Chimeara.gin (the street version) nad pretty much they are the same just different name.
