@@machine2660Coco Hayashi and me ever beaten NFS THE RUN multiple times now. NFS THE RUN for me still 7/10 due to gameplay that can be completed in only 3hrs in each playthrough. I also able to finish that in one sitting.

Ah, The Run... I remember being flabbergasted watching the Gameplay reveal. This NFS is my second favorite, and I really love it despite the mixed reviews about it. It has some flaws, it's true, but we won't see a history like that in the future. I still play it from time to time. Thanks for this masterpiece, brother. It really warms my heart

Right on all accounts - The Run was a solid game, it kinda aged like wine (maybe, just maybe since Jack actually decided to drive for Sam maybe there is room for a sequel?) And this video - damn, I consistently laughed for the entire 30 minutes.

It was only rushed cuz EA put a competition Criterion Games and Blackbox studios to see what need for speed would come out better via reviews and sales. Nfs hot pursuit (Made by criterion games) Won because hot pursuit came out way earlier then The run...which in my opinion is upsetting cuz The run had so much done to it. but both are good games regardless.

@@purwantiallan5089Very bad take. The Run is a masterpiece compared to what we've gotten for the past 10 years now. The last good NFS games made in my opinion were The Run and Hot Pursuit 2010. After that it was all downhill. MW 2012 and Rivals were a joke and it only got worse from there.

The whole concept of making a Cannonball type racing game is so cool. I could see it becoming like a DLC to newer games, Unbound even. For this you don't even need to make too much maps and you don't have to worry about technical stuff like when you're making a open world game, you just need some linear tracks and few technical parts. You could do so much fun stuff around this concept!

You should check out Wangan Midnight Maximum Tune 6, it is a bit similar to NFS The Run in some ways, where you race on a wangan highway. Though it's no a cannonball style, but it is something :)

The run is actually a good game imo. The concept of a non-stop race is fun. Sure it lacks any kind of car, mods and it's a big - for me, there are other problems too, but overall it's fun and that's what matters

Man, you did a great job with this video. Superb, consistent editing throughout and a love letter to an underappreciated NFS game. This game's physics model was far more challenging and rewarding than many NFS games that came before and after it, especially with the option for manual gears.
