You should send the ‘82 CC to CACG. Turn it into a 64 Details. 😅

Right it would come back scratch details or alt surfaces detailed they are way to wild and I think they grade coins off who owns the coin

Ben - padron my son and our screen name, I’m really enjoying your channel. I’m a guy who has collected his whole life and now plans to leave two type sets for my children. Bought my first coin last month. Blahhhhh. I would love to have you do a segment about type sets. I’m working the dance 7070 versions. My one rule is don’t ever trade out a coin. Best I can afford. Run a piece on the in’s and out of building a type test. I’ll be there to share some more. Ben the coin stud ✌️

"Some of you would argue this is more like a 55" made me smile as I was just thinking it was a 55. I see 58 as the 64 of slightly worn coins, often better looking than lower grade mint-state coins.

4:26 LOL Ben the reflections from 4-6" have to be clear and sharp to get the DPL. I agree with NGC, MS64 PL. That's a beautiful high contrast black and white coin though. More cameo than many other PLs. The VAM could save you but it might not sell fast if you price it as a DMPL. Overall great job on this one! P.S. I do think that AU58 was a gift. ;) NGC has kinda boofed you a few times in the past so this is the Law of Averages.

I agree with Ben, “The Coin Geek,”🤓 the grade wasn’t there on the 1882-CC Mint State-64 DMPL Morgan Dollar which he cracked out of the PCGS holder. How he thought it had a chance at a grade of Mint State-65 is baffling to me, especially with that amount of abrasions. It looks more like a Mint State-63 PL to me. 🤔 🤣😂🤣 However a batting average of .750 is quite good, even in Little League. 😲 ⚾️⚾️⚾️ ROGER, The LOS ANGELES DODGER

I wish I could send a pic of this 1889 vam 22 graded in a older anacs holder because the coins a M.S 66 PL all day it's absolutely a show stopper . I'd love to get a 2ed opinion on Ben.
