Congrats! That guitar looks and sounds great! As for the little volume change on the vol pots: it‘s the treble bleed. Happened like this on two of my guitars after installing full treble and bass bleeds (cap + rezistor)🤷🏻‍♂️

Thanks, I really like the guitar 😁 Thank you for letting me know about the treble bleed. I wonder what happens if I cut the cap off the pots 🤔

@@thegaindane You can cut them off. I would most likely cut just one wire, so when ever needed, it can easily be soldered back. Without the cap the volume taper will work as expected, but with that typical slight loss of treble and bass. Whitout treble bleed you can alter the tone a bit with the vol pot. I like that on most guitars, but I need variety… or one of my guitars lost that tiny bit of sparkly treble if the vol knob was turned to 9. Also, I find the change of behavior on volume adjustments of volume pots with trebble/full bleeds change more drastically on audio (logarithmic) pots, compared to linear.

i def like those better over the current double hum pacers, the originals didnt even have the matching headstock paint, at least not the US made ones

I’m not a fan of the current Pacer Classics either…. And I don’t like matching painted headstock’s overall. If a headstock is painted, it can only be black 🙂
