Funny how all the blues fans say he's the next this the next that the next young star. He was basically invisible on the score sheet except for once in a while throughout the playoffs. They actually compared him to Laine, Mathews, Aho. They are off their fuckin rockers. The dude will be average at best. They're just in fantasy land now because they're in a cup final which is understandable

The Dynasty Continues Bruins had a great antidote to any rust: Come out like gangbusters! Even though they fell behind, they were back to playing shutdown Bruins hockey by the 2nd period.

This is one of the best Stanley Cup Final series I can remember during my lifetime. Truly an amazing spectacle hahaha The Bs are rough and tough, still at the very end of the season... The Blues are bringing it on, too. A VERY physical team that isn't afraid to play smash hockey and get hurt/give hurt. We're all getting the best of the NHL right now in this series, as it's supposed to be. I still wish fighting was tolerated more, because it seems like the injuries are piling up. I'd rather let someone come out and take it for the team than let everyone get beat up, but I get it -Guys like Boog were casualties and that had to stop.

Not trying to be rude here, but how is Doc Emerick a lead announcer for a major sport? I can't handle his constant screaming. Want to popularize the game? Want to draw in fans? Get a MUCH more calm lead announcer. I think he's genuine. I think he's doing his best. But I just can't listen to some guy scream about EVERY play for three hours. Please make it stop.

I think that NBC places their mics in weird spots. some games seem silent on TV then on the radio you hear ppl calling in saying it was the loudest they heard it all season, or the previous game on the local New England sports network the crowd is much louder. one time I think NBC had the announcer mics way too low and the mics in the stands way too loud. so all you heard was the announcers barely speaking over the crowd mixed with a few loud fans every so often. that's just my opinion. I wasn't there but it would only take 500-1000 fans to be heard if the other 17,000 all got quiet at once.

they went up on a good shift / nice bounce (if your a blues fan) that went right to schenn in the slot. the second goal wasn't a steal.... it was an unforced turnover by pastrank that gifted the blues a 2-0 lead. the bruins probably had 5 PPs to the blues 2 or 3. Boston only scored on 1 and overall their PP was sloppy. the Bruins won because they were the far better team in game 1. the bruins had better scoring chances in the 1st period and dominated shots, scoring chances, puck possession and zone time the rest of the night. the blues were lucky they didn't lose 6-2 tonight.
