Every other govt. project isn't funded by JICA. Japan probably demands transparency. Other govt. projects handled internally are obvious cash grab opportunities for the corrupt.
@@MithunOnTheNet thats irrelevant whose funding the project. Many such infra projects with internal Fundings/ other external fundings apart from JICA also give regular updates. Indian railways sm handle for instance, NHAI, NCRTC as well amongst many others.

vande bharat ka speed is slower becoz of other traffic, low tracks of indian railways, older signalling system and very steep curves That is why bullet train id on complete new rail line, with better tracks, signalling and less curves
This is because of udhav thakre government they didn't let the work start and its first time for india to make this type of project so it will take time once but after it's speed would increase
