Looks good Keith, not really criticising you here but bicarb-refrigerate-rinse-pat dry, then put in your seasoning at room temp

Keith probably better to do the bicarbonate first then wash off as it leaves a funny after taste if you leave it on, then add other ingredients. Looks great though.
