Keith try adding some finely grated onion, garlic paste, celery salt, msg, grated green pepper and finely chopped coriander and parsley with a pinch of baking soda to tenderise the meat. I also add some chopped chicken skin or pork skin for extra moisture and flavour. Cook low and slow. Baste frequently with melted butter. 🎉🎉🎉
Thanks to your link , i bought a pack of that same seasoning... the flavour enhancer really melted the meat in my mouth. me in the misses really enjoyed it innit... her name is stu, she loves your videos as well.!
i do it all the time ......30 mins wrapped in foil on 180...then take the foil off.....and cook for a extra 20 mins on 180......then slice thinly if possible
Good try, but I always put mine in a wrap roll as it makes it easier to eat. In those pitta bread things, it's a job to keep the filling in when eating.
