Nice, France: Old Town stroll 

I loved Nice. Thanks for bringing back some wonderful memories.

Beautiful city with beautiful and gentle citizens. I experienced as i visited several time, love a lot.

Too bad you missed the butcher shops. There were a couple that would have pig's heads displayed on hooks at the front of the shop. At the opposite end of the plaza in front of the justice building there was a spice shop that sold nearly every spice in creation except chili powder. I wanted to make tacos for some friends and had to have an aunt mail me the spice from the states. 50 years ago Mexican food was all but unknown in Nice. I was a frequent visitor when I lived in Nice.

Old town still Nissarda and italian , like before There s even the Plaque of where Paganini lived For strangers , don't be mistaken by the " annexed " mention of France Like Corsica , you would hardly Find a french Restaurant . Its all Nissardo and Italian .
