DB Cooper's MoneyBags I’m sure Nate is secure enough in his masculinity to watch his brother fight someone he fought. Probably way more secure than you spending your time dogging one of the most badass fighters in UFC history.
Masvidal wants a big payday and this fight is way bigger than if he fought Usman or Colby. We all know McGregor is not going to sign a contract against Masvidal.
Irving Medina conors never been one to shy away from a fight though. You can call him out for anything else, but he's never backed down from a fight. Evidence: he fought khabib even though he was semi-retired. He could've just stayed back and enjoyed his millions if he really was a coward
Not saying conor would win but you dont know how masvidal takes that left hand, conor dropped nate with it and did so in a more impressive fashion than masividal did against nate. I know MMA math doesnt add up but we all know size doesnt matter in a fight and we also know anything can happen ina fight. Dont speak so soon, cause id laugh if conor signs the contract now lol
I was checking out Nicks old fights recently and i would love to see that version of him come back. The question is whether that version still exists. Hes a damn good boxer.
Hey, Thomas Mitchell... You should try to find the Strikeforce fight with Gilbert Melendez as champ against Jorge Masvidal. I think it's from 2012. Melendez actually outboxed Masvidal and kept his belt. The Cesar Gracie and Kimbo camps have known each other for a long time.

I was worried at first but his coach saying he talked to Nick and he sounded fine and excited to train and fight made me at peace with him coming back.

He may FEEL like he’s ready to fight, but mark my words, it’ll be a rude awakening if he steps in with Masvidal. You seriously can’t compare the two. Nick’s last win was over 8 years ago and he’s been wayyyyy outta the game since retirement. Jorge has been active as hell and has reached his prime. The story of the fight would sell, because it’s a good story. Big bro steps in to avenge little bro’s loss. It’s awesome. Unfortunately, Nick isn’t in a place where it would be a viable option. For Nick’s sake, I hope this fight doesn’t happen. We can’t be selfish. Think of the fighters.

As long as nick wants the fight I don’t see how this fight doesn’t happen. Of course nick is gonna demand a monster amount of money(which he should). Dana Would have to be an idiot not to pay up to make this fight happen. It will be a true mega fight.
Nick still trains and teaches classes, people think cause he parties as well that he’s a slob on the couch. No, he’s an ADHD kid who’s grown into an adult and has endless energy still. Don’t believe the shit that he isn’t still training like a beast.
It’s perfect if this happens. Nate gave Jorge a huge payday by calling him out, if Nick gets his payday which he deserves more than both of them, that’d be cool. Nick actually was a champion and defended it a few times.
Whatever everyone thinks about Nick's current state, the story line alone sells this one as an epic: Big brother comes (or 'summoned') out of retirement for revenge.
Nate's always said that Nick is the better fighter. This fight checks all the boxes. Comeback story. Family matters. Bigger fight to make Dana happy. Can't wait for it.
I hope and pray this fight happens. I could see or tell that during fight week of 244. Nate seemed like this should have been Nick's fight. I may be wrong but it was like his head was not in it.
Nick will get stomped, hasn’t fought for years, probably trained no where near intensively as masvidal for years. Wouldn’t be any more competitive than Nate v masvidal

Masvidal vs Nick has been my dream fight for quite a few years. I had a feeling earlier this year that he would be the only guy that can lure out Nick into a fight. I didn’t expect or even imagine him doing it by beating up Nate and the whole Scarface angle with it too. This is lightning in a bottle here.
Hold the phone! Somebody actual deciphered what Nick was saying in that interview? The only thing I found intelligible was the first 30 seconds when Ariel said “how are you”. After that I felt like I was treated to my very own lobotomy.
Uncle Chael you nailed it right on the head “supply and demand” the only arena big enough that I can think of to contain these two are Australia or Cowboy stadium. This will break all gate records hands down!!!
