Nick is an interesting character that I met through Lost Dog street band engineer and recording extraordinaire Dan Emery of Black Matter Mastering/Anti-Corp records (anticorporatemusic.com/). When he rolled through town we decided to throw together this recording session at an abandoned warehouse nextdoor to the GemsOnVHS HQ. Nick hasn't had much solo music released, but his work with the Stay All Night Rounders (thestayallnightrounders.bandc..., Slewtown Strutters and other bands are well loved by the down and dirty everywhere. He may or may not even have a movie based on his life. All I know is he is a storied dude and I'm glad we could get this one story of his on to the digital tape.
