All comes down to each individual person and how they respond. It's actually a very long trial and error experience. I did PPL for a couple of years and ended up getting the best results from a bro split. To each their own. And remember, Nick built his physique and mass on a bro split and he has said that himself many times.

Funny how things change. As a new pro, Nick was shape was his least strength. With the improvements he has made and the thickening of Samson, I feel Nick now has a better shape. Derrick looks too heavy for how many weeks left but we will see in 11. Andrew still has the best shape but not enough size and I doubt Hadi will be much changed. Nick could shock the world this year and win the Mr Olympia. No matter what, should be a crazy good show with the best ever lineup.
