I used to hate to cook but now it's fun -- especially as I introduced another friend to it, and we cook together. I don't know how you resisted all those beautiful dishes at Fiona's!

My favorite tea of ALL time is Fortnum & Mason Rose Pouchong (pouchang?). A friend brought me a tin from his visit to the UK when I was in college. I love your video footage from your visit & your cooking episode. I already am a member of Hello Fresh but have not tried the meal you prepared. Amazing and rare to still be able to smell the rose fragrances in the Chelsea Garden. One of the human scandals of our time is the removal of fragrances from flowers. There are people well into their forties who have never smelled the wonderful fragrance of a carnation -- don't even know that carnations once had such a beautiful aroma. We must all fight this appalling trend by bringing it to the attention of flower sellers and refusing to purchase their flowers if the fragrances have been removed.
@@jimmyjoejeeter2366 They genetically modify the flowers in an attempt to produce different colors and to make them last longer (they don't). That eliminates the fragrance. One of the top human scandals, in my view.

My mother and I went to London about 24 years ago. The Chelsea Physic Garden was a highlight of our trip! I kept a little diary of the trip and love to look through it every now and then. Thanks for showing us 🙃
How did you know a trip to London was just what I needed. That was a wonderful tour and such beautiful music. The photography was superb. Did not want to leave Fiona's. Cooking with you is always fun and you are so well organized. I appreciate the care you go to in making your videos, making it look easy is always difficult 🌟

You’re making me miss London! My husband and I would head there every December. We would start in the Cotswolds, then spend the last five days in London, eating, shopping and walking. Thank you for sharing familiar, beautiful places. COVID kept us away last December but we look forward to returning soon. With much affection from the USA!

Nice tour, I enjoyed walking through the gardens POV. The crunch of gravel underfoot makes it feel as if I am there. I’m reminded of taking tea there in that small private indoor room, as you did on a very early vlog, but outdoors is preferable on a glorious day when the weather is pleasant.

I could tell you were in your element at the gardens. My most enjoyable scent that I adore is also rose. It is so classic. I loved the china and dishes as well the table settings was great to look over. Goodnite.
Nicholas perhaps on your next trip to London, this year or next, you could consider visiting a stationary store and teach us about the various types of paper. I know about paper weight but not much more. Thank you for at least considering my suggestion.

I was a dedicated vegan for 12 years but this pas year I have added Salmon three times a week. I feel better have more energy, and my cognitive skills are much sharper

Fortnum n Mason is my favourite shop in London and it does such nice teas. And then Hatchards book shop. That would have been my second favourite too. I love Chelsea. Its where I lived and I used to visit the Physic Gardens. You have such good taste, Nicholas.
