Nicole, you're killing me with your EPP!! It's so beautiful with the French General fabrics! I have to keep reminding myself that it took me over three years to make an EPP table runner that isn't nearly as long as my table, lol. Thank you so much for your generosity every year with the duck derby prizes! This year my name got called for the first year ever and I chose your sampler lot! I'm SO EXCITED!!!

Before I forget, look up floss tube, The Last Homely House. Kate from UK does lots of different things. One is a quilt she is making using paper pieced shapes like you’re working on. She’s wonderful and charming.🌻🌻🌻

I love her inspiring video's too, but the method she uses to make hexies I cann't recommend, because it's much easier if you don't stitch through the paper. It saves a lot of time too. Than you can remove the papers a lot quicker and can let the thread in the fabric after doing this, so it retains the right shape. I learned this technique from Judy Newman and you can find it on the packages with hexies too.

Thank you so much for mentioning my Etsy shop! I hope you love the Liberty fabric. Another idea is the front of a small zippered pouch - A Quilting Life has a great tutorial for a patchwork pouch that makes it quite easy. I like the Bohin size 10 applique needles too. Another type you might like are the Sue Daley Milliners size 10 or 11. I find them very similar to the Bohin but the eye is a little longer and slightly easier to thread.

Hi Nicole! Good to see you and Ginger. So sad for you that stitch and frame is closing. Fire Poppies closed not too long ago and I was so upset. You were the one who told me about them and I grew to love Susan and Oliver! They were both so kind and very helpful with my selections of linen. Oh well.😢 That is two shops that have closed within the year. The sampler you are stitching is beautiful, sorry about the mistake but at least you found it and you can continue!😊 Take care!!

Ugh, nothing worse that making a mistake not early enough to restart - usually I make it worse trying to fix it! Good luck with that, the piece looks like it will be beautiful!

I know about the counting….I had to take a flower out three times…😩 I was so frustrated that I almost put it down but it was the last part to be done and it is a gift… whew! Some days I need just walk away from it. 😁

I guess it must be the humidity in my area as your show is fuzzy so can't see any of the patterns! 😕 Right at the beginning was ok so saw some of your stitch.
