Obama, & Clinton are over the moon with this ruling because if it went the other way, they would end up in jail. Facts that you would not agree with, but nonetheless they are facts. Our very system of government was established with checks and balances. The very concept to avoid any person or office being exempt from being held accountable. Judge Chutkan has this. After that brilliantly written decision these people are debating, I don't think she will have any problem moving swiftly to trial.
