she is pretty not like negative sized models but she is an acual person whos stomach isnt removed. She eats all of that delisious food, but stays fit she is really quite amazing
No it's basically evaporated sugar cane juice till its syrupy and golden in color, and basically somewhere in between a dark corn syrup and molasses popular in the UK, and pretty much nonexistent in the states here, except apparently in the south where it's used in Cajun/ Creole cooking =/
I mean I've never had it but I'm sure if I went to look for it I could find it. Just use half of molasses and dark corn syrup if you were to replace it.
I KNOW right? haha...she's ridiculous... I dunno how she does it!!! Apparently in an episode where she says she's like tired and coming home late from work, she doesn't want a soothing savory meal, but lots of carbs, like her caramel croissant pudding LMAOOOO... I could never do that... well it looks like all the fat and carbs she ingests goes in all the right places because I agree she's gorgeous!
@MsOutspokenOutcast You should probably look at the comments below to find out what golden syrup is and educate yourself. Golden syrup and honey are extremely different.
Kinda defeats the point don't you think? Just go for it and exercise and do it as an occasional treat. Really don't see the point in counting the calories when eating something like this,. No disrespect.
Why do they put that golden syrup stuff in that paint-style can? A squirt bottle (like the kind honey comes in) with a wide nozzle would be easier to use.Nigella made a mess getting that stuff out.
Lol the golden syrup is honey... She and gabriel off of extra virgin crack me up. With their making up of words. Gabriel calls butter a milk cube WTF. Anyways this looks pretty good but I think I'll taste it as I go to make sure it isn't too sweet.
