She was using golden Italian here which are very good. British eggs are very very good in general too we may not have the best culinary history but our dairy is fantastic and our farm produce is very good quality subtracting a certain beef scandal years back.
If anyone calls a concoction of eggs and cream and etc. it’s not ice cream...it’s a custard ...all custard s have eggs 🥚 so no eggs, I use heavy cream, vanilla paste and that’s all. That’s ice cream...
mohit k it’s not uncooked...she whisked the egg mixture over a boiling water pot. That heat of course semi cooks the eggs. We eat sunny side up eggs all the time so a bit of not fully cooked eggs is totally safe...
