@@pollyannamacintosh786 I made it as shown, to my taste it wasn't eggy at all. The honey is a strong flavor so it may have masked any "egginess".

She was using golden Italian here which are very good. British eggs are very very good in general too we may not have the best culinary history but our dairy is fantastic and our farm produce is very good quality subtracting a certain beef scandal years back.

mohit k it’s not uncooked...she whisked the egg mixture over a boiling water pot. That heat of course semi cooks the eggs. We eat sunny side up eggs all the time so a bit of not fully cooked eggs is totally safe...

Raw eggs are eaten all over the world! Its only in some countries where salmonella is a problem.
