I made ramen a couple of months ago, and it was quite an undertaking. Not including research It took about three days to marinate the eggs, and several hours beyond that to put together and cook.

cooking 1 egg perfectly is easier than cooking 100 eggs perfectly. Still, if the yolk is overcooked to yellow, it shouldnt be served in the bowl imo.

The egg still looked plain though, didn't look like it had been flavoured / left to marinate.

the stabbing of the runny yolk and watching it flow slowly through the broth....best part of the eating.
