Nigerian police arrest tailors for waving Russian flags 

Nigerian officials have vowed to treat the flying of foreign flags during protests as a treasonous offence. This comes after protesters hoisted Russian flags during an anti-government march, north of the country. Dozens of protesters have since been arrested. Amnesty International Nigeria's Isa Sanusi elaborates.
