Driving a 1986 W124 300E, which was the first year the W124 was produced for the US. This is an original low mileage example at 46k and garage kept. The W124 was a very popular model for Mercedes-Benz and featured one of the first models with a driver side Air Bag, ABS was standard (in which the 1986 Corvette also had in 1986) and a single windshield wiper that covered a larger area of the windshield. It also had headlamp wipers with washers standard on the 300 model in the US. MB-Tex covered the seats, and the driver seat had a power telescoping steering wheel and 2 memory settings that would store the seat and steering wheel settings for two drivers. The passenger seat had the same features sans the memory option. Both seats also had power headrests with and electronic rear headrest release to lower them for a better view if no rear passengers were in the vehicle.
