I agree, in my opinion this is the best game for such cases, the modders are doing it very cool, soon there will be an update on Shutoko, they will add the city part, I really want to ride it =)

YES ITS A NIGHTMARE, the base game is terrible, we dont even have rain in the base game, we have to install everything. Its like the game is incomplete

Devs literally did everything that any mod does in this game. Without the core engine being able to do these things, modders couldn't either. Besides, this game was developed 10 years ago.

*did what the devs considered impossible. they even said day night cycle was impossible to implement, but thankfully they made a great engine which is really open and easily moddable.

@@mechanwhal6590 this is 2013 we're talking about, when the game was still under development. And the game's primary focus was track racing so there was no reason to pour in resources for a day night cycle.

Yes, wet track physics can be disabled in the content manager settings, but I'm not sure if this applies to all servers, but in a single game it seems to work like this
