omgosh thank you so much I have been panicking because mine is dropping many yellow leaves!! i didn't know why. This plant does smell absolutely wonderful! and is my most precious of the jasmine. I have two cashmere plants maybe you can do a video on those please?

Hi! Great video. I'm wondering what to do about a stringy Night Queen. It grows & flowers but only keep leaves at the top. All other leaves on stem curl, get yellow, and fall off. Want mine to look like yours ☺ Also, how hot is too hot? Mine is potted. Can it take this 90/100 degree So Cal direct sun? Also, how moist does soil need be kept? Thanks 🙏🏾
Full sun is what they prefer, and leaves do go yellow and new leaves would come! When the leaves start wilting thats when you can water and try giving it bone meal powder once in a month during spring and summer

Hello I live in the UK and have a 6ft tall Night Jasmine growing in a container. My plant flowers from early spring March. It has lots of wonderful green foilage but not very many flowers but smells exquisitely at night-time. Can you tell me when to feed it and when to cut it back please???
Pruning can be done at the end of summer so that the plant is ready for next summer and you can feed organic compost and bone meal powder and give it a lot of sun!
Do you live your plant outside in UK? I have been keeping mine, but mine dosnt flower. Shall I put it outside? I'm afraid it might not tolerate the cold weather
@@anooshiravan82 in winter it wont bloom but it should not die! Reduce the watering and no need of any fertiliser, and when its time for spring and summer its best to keep it in sun then fertilise and water and enjoy the magic!
@@anooshiravan82 i am not in UK, i am in Australia! Its winter here right now but I know UK's winter is harsh so good to keep it inside if you like but in a bright spot!
Yes, i would suggest a big pot and the pot should not be full of soil so that when you water there can be enough water for the pot! Regular watering will help!
@@MMMPlants Sir a follow up question. Now my Night Jasmine is potted it gets some yellow leaves and its leaves a dropping down on day time and stands up at night time. I water it every 2 days and I doing something wrong?
It depends on the plant but if its not a seasonal plant then it should not die. It might go dormant which means the plant will not grow because of the cold but still it doesnt dry or die!

Thank you for the video. I have a night blooming in the ground in Northern California. It is full and about 5 ‘ tall. It was full of white blossoms that did not smell. We had a day of intense heat and all the blooms fell off. Any ideas why no fragrance? I do use compost and organic fertilizer.
It would be just because of a specific variety, there are a few varieties that don't smell, have you had blooms on the same plant before which had smell ?
@@annebarton4107 give it some pruning and wait for more blooms and if it still does not smell then you might wanna just buy a version that releases frangrances from a trustworthy garden centre!

I have had a jasmine plant for about 2 months. Yesterday I watered it in the morning, it was all green but when I came back in the evening from work it was dead. I just bought 1 night queen 2 weeks before but still I can't see a single flower and only one branch of it is growing tell me is this natural or something is wrong??
The growing season of night Queen plant is summer. If you are in summers right now, I would encourage you to give it a lot of sunlight, regular watering and organic compost with some bone meal powder. Your plant should bloom after that but if it doesn't which is absolutely normal, you will just have to be a bit patient.

You can keep it in rain and it should simply thrive, you can add some compost in the soil but that's it! Rain will help to revive the plant! Aap ka plant zarur acha ho jaega!
@@MMMPlants heloo, i change the soil n repot again but i found roots effective like fungus and lose some roots not found like before when i bring from nursery. But i use banana peels egg cell n some new garden soil to bust. Hope to recover. Any advice

I got mine last year and its scent was not very strong. This year I have it in morning sun, a bigger pot, lots of water and fertilizer. The scent is very strong now.
