I am trying to eat more vegetarian dishes. My husband is not happy. I have Nanny gig to work the middle of the month. So my Mom and I are going to enjoy one of the dishes you made. I should be able to buy blender and have more smoothies. My granddaughter only drinks unsweetened almond milk. So some of your smoothies. Will even out the homemade graham crackers. 😂
I'm eating a Wendy's taco salad they give you tortilla chips and salsa but I never mix that with my taco salad I like the hamburger and the salad beans and sour cream going to sour cream lol
You skip over so much stuff that we want to see , like lighting the stove, preparing the food from raw, the clean up, the ventilation . Don't just show you eating the food already done.
I think food is very expensive even getting yourself something to drink is even expensive I wanted a case of monster drinks today it cost me $21 that was only for 12 cans lol
I'm glad you like the Hot Logic; they come in several different sizes. I cook entire meals in mine that I can eat off of for two days. Another little trick about the Hot Logic, while it's in use, whatever you sit on the top of it gets warmed up as well. I sit my bread on top of it while I'm cooking. I've used it to boil water and so many other things.
Yes, I love it! I plan on making a Car Life Essentials video and will definitely include the Hot Logic. I recently learned about the different sizes, so I might get a larger one in the future! Thank you for sharing your tips 😊.
Hi! There are larger HotLogics. I use that size for my lunch. I have 3 to4 oz containers of differnt things. I use mini loaf pans (set of two @ WM) to heat different things at the same time. I put them vertically side by side. I usually have a rice or pasta w protein, & a little glass bowl for soup. I just hate the communal microwave & I don't like to micro to heat up anyway. ~Great video!
Thank you for uploading this! I've been trying to find someone living minimally who eats similar to me and doesn't just eat out every meal and also likes to eat healthy-ish. I feel like we're really similar and this inspired me. During the pandemic I really stepped my cooking skills up so now figuring out what kitchen items I can keep while on the road has been tough. I'll miss my messy little spice cabinet 😂

Lol, I miss my messy spice cabinet, too! I'm able to keep a good amount of seasonings in my car, but nothing like what I had in a full size kitchen. Good luck!
Thanks for the video. You probably already know this but if you put your hand, or something bigger, behind what you're trying to focus on, the camera will focus on it. I used a white piece of cardboard. The thing you're holding up is too small for the camera to know it needs to refocus.
I am not sure stretching is supposed to hurt, maybe you could try doing it less hard but more often? I don’t know if you have anything else going on that makes it different but I just thought I’d bring it up. Stretching is definitely important!
Thank you for the suggestion. As a child, when I played sports the coach would push us hard, even when stretching, so I’ve always thought pain was normal. I appreciate your comment and will definitely take your advice 😊
I EAT BURDOCK GREEN LEAVES AS VEGETABLE THAT PICK FROM MY YARD, BUT HAVEN'T TRIED THE ROOTS AS TEA, AND I JUST WONDER HOW IT TASTES LIKE. IS IT GOOD??? I MIGHT TRY TO BUY SOME IF I HAVE A CHANCE TO GO TO THE ASIAN GROCERY.
That’s awesome. I bet there’s a ton of health benefits from consuming the leaves. I can’t wait to grow my own food. The tea does not taste the best. It’s very “earthy” with a slight bitterness. But, for some reason I enjoy the earthy taste. I like it best when it’s cold and mixed with lemon juice. I mostly drink it for the health benefits, though…not because it tastes great.
I have been enjoying your videos as you tell us about your lifestyle and experiences. I may have missed it but as a woman I hope you keep sufficient self protection where you can reach it if you are disturbed in the night. I know that things can happen in the daytime too but it seems like a lot also happens at night.
I appreciate your concern 😊. I have pepper spray and a weapon. My main safety measure is to be proactive and research places I sleep before going there. I keep my key fob with my car alarm nearby in case I need to turn on my car alarm to scare someone away and I always park in a way that allows me to easily drive away in a hurry. My husband and I do the fresh fruit as well with granola with our yogurt…… If you like family guy there is a game called family guy quest for stuff …….. So may I ask where do you go when you have to go to the bathroom in the middle of night or before bed……
Thanks for the game suggestion! I’ll check it out. If I have to pee, I do it in a bottle with a little silicone “female urination funnel” (can’t think of the exact name right now) and if I absolutely have to #2 in the car, I put a trash bag over my collapsible bucket (while it’s in the collapsed state) and kinda squat over it (sorry it’s tmi 🙈). I discuss it (and show the funnel thingy) in my Q&A video 🙂.
