Me and my woman had a confrontation in front of her son recently. I fell so bad about it because it is something that I don’t want him and his sister to see. So, the next day, I apologized to him on our way to his school. I love her and I love her kids, and I want them to learn how to treat those you love with respect regardless of disagreements you might have.

The biggest social problem isn't individual acts but that many people make what happens to others, more important than what happens to themselves...and that's just pathetic. It speaks to an ever growing lack of maturity in society. When we're children...we're dependent...then we become more Tribalist as teens...then we should become more Individualist in mind, more mature. No one has asked themself why his wife slapped him and whether it was justified. His mother claimed he was cheating on his wife. I dont know if its true but be careful giving him a pass or accepting spin.

Dana could've easily leaned into blaming his wife but the guy instead took responsibility. I can only imagine alcohol plus whatever...party supplies and the adrenaline from a fight with anyone in public (let alone your spouse) would take a huge amount of restraint to only go as far as he did. We've all made terrible mistakes, most of us are lucky enough they weren't filmed.

Everyone makes mistakes. The problem is when you don't learn from them and keep repeating those same mistakes over and over. People who repeat the same "mistakes" over and over aren't making mistakes anymore. And I have no interest in having people like that in my life.
