I have tons of friends who had union and federal job. They were forced or quit. I did my own research and as a healthy 38 year old at the time I decided not to. Something like a 98.7% survival rate I saw no need. It only affected the elderly and the compromised. If ppl did their own research they woulda known. Years ago, I was waiting in line at Las Vegas Airport. I was flying business class and was #1 in the line. Little to my knowledge (At the Time), Dana White was #2 in line, along with two other Muscular men. I had no clue back then, who he was. I too was an Athlete & Martial Artist. I randomly made a comment to the two muscular guys, telling them, while pointing at their builds, "they had a cure for that!" As they looked at me perplexed? I said "Donuts" Lots of donuts! We all laughed! For the next 30/40 minutes, waiting to board our flight, Me, Dana, & the two guys, just started talking like old friends, on a variety of subjects. I had "ZERO" Clue? I was taking to Dana White. He was just a regular guy! I'm sure he laughed inside thinking; this guy has "no clue" as to who I am! He would have been right! To me, it was just a couple of guys, waiting in line for our flight. Discussing working out & about life! There was no pretentious attitude from him/them. All of us, just laughing and enjoying our conversation. It was not until months later, I realized; who he was! Much respect for him! P.S. I too, 100% Hate/Detest the "WOKE" Media!!! 🙂 🙂🙂

The gov't subsidizes planned parenthood every year. PP leaders deny the money goes to pay for abortions but PP can't afford to provide women's healthcare without it.
From my recollection, his initial views until recently were that an abortion shouldn’t be performed after 3 months. (Which is probably the most sensible answer for such a difficult topic). I dunno who or what convinced him to flip on his abortion views.
Only those with the disability to critically think. Simple minds take that as “He wants to kill babies” other people reconcile that it’s not a function of government to dictate what can and can’t be taken out of or put into someone’s body without their consent... the debate transcends abortion and it’s ramifications affect other aspects of individual freedom and until we come to a universal agreement as to where life begins this will always be an issue of division used to manipulate people for political gain.
For as long as America’s founding of USA there is always protocol and procedure to protect USA citizens, the US Presidential candidates campaign and the assets of America. Kennedy and Shanahan should have a Secret Service detail that follows the policy and procedures equal and in fairness.
If the government has the power to say a woman can't have a late term abortion ( which is as far as I've ever heard) always because the mother would possibly die, then that precedent in the future ( giving govt. the power to intervene in our health choices) what happens when they start saying we are over populated and you must get an abortion. If anyone is against abortion they can choose not to get one, they can fight for services like healthcare, daycare,affordable housing, less expensive adoption,and support groups for mothers who can't do it on their own. I understand that this is a moral question, but having the govt. Involved in legislating personal moral practices is scary.
I really think his published plan is the best health care offered by any candidate because it will help mother's keep babies alive and it will make adoption easier
@Sam_T2000 between the other two idiots and Kennedy, I take Kennedy. Simply for his defeat of Bayer/Monsanto. I don't much care about abortion. Miscarriages are FAR more prevalent. Young kids are not having sex anymore, so I suspect most abortions these days are medically necessary, or are motivated by overwhelming financial distress. He's already admitted to drug use and being ADHD. And not being entirely faithful to his first wife. At least he owns up to his foibles. Far from perfect. Still better than JB or DT.
RFK, Jr's positions on a vast array of issues are superior to Biden's and Trump's. His stance on abortion, if universally adopted, would result in far fewer abortions, while permitting the woman to make the final decision. @@Sam_T2000 because it was done last week and created controversy. His platform is not on these turf war issues. He’s supported by AS King the pro-life daughter of MLK. Sages question was strange since late term abortion is or full term is not a thing. I work in birth.
He said “it’s never ok”, but these virtue signalers can’t process nuance if it hit them in the face. Trump supports unchecked abortions up to 15 weeks, won’t ban it federally if elected President, and described himself as “very pro choice” in 1999, and never signed a single piece of legislation restricting it, but they sing his praises as if he will end all abortion. Virtue signaling cattle.
He has clarified on X. Sage let her individual beliefs twist the conversation. His position is that of the majority of people in this country, probably most unbiased medical professionals.

RFK has been trying to save and heal children for 30 years on the bequest of mother's. He created THE CHILDREN'S HEALTH DEFENSE years ago. Mothers love this man.
Sage, this is the first of your podcasts I've listened to and I'm hooked. I admire Sharon Osbourne for her strength as a woman and the many obstacles she's overcome in her life. Her fierce attitude reminds me of my sister. I lost her at 52 from ovarian cancer, but she was tough like Sharon with the same wit and firey attitude. Thank you for a great interview asking all the questions I would have asked.
I like RFK Jr, but I don't like his position on abortion, or reparations. I also don't like how he wanted to jail people for opposing the climate change agenda. I think he may be past the last one, because I think he has matured since then. He, of all people, should be able to discern that the same forces that be are on the side of pushing policies based on the man-caused climate change hoax are the same ones mandating vaccines. Don't get me wrong, I think that climate change is occurring, but I think it is natural and the earth has been warming since the Ice Age. I just think that CO2 isn't the boogie man that the media and politicians make it out to be; dihydrogen monoxide causes more warming than carbon dioxide. I also feel that the pollution of our water sources is worse.

I grew up in a farming community in Ventura county. The cattle ranch we lived on was homesteaded by my grandparents who came from Portugal. My dad’s family came from Portugal as well. My Cali roots ran deep. But I left for Idaho at 19 in 1994 and I never considered going back. Now I’m watching what happened to the beautiful place I grew up happen in Idaho and it breaks my heart.
