Tbh, almost whole movie felt uncomfortable, movie changed my perspective to 1940ies, movie for me was all about revenge, from the moment when Bradley Coopers character uncovered Cates Blanchetts character her vulnerable side the first time on that show they met something felt off about her later on, that also made me feel uncomfortable cuz I knew this is not how that kind of a woman would act and I was right, then Bradleys character like a small boy that was getting excited when someone was looking at him that's how I saw him, 2 diferent personalities through the movie played by Bradley Cooper, then it got clear why. For me it was all about those two people in this movie, they both got me thinking and especially a woman played by Kate Blanchett ( sorry don't remember characters names), at the end I was right but through the whole movie she's been making me uncomfortable because of her game, when she asked what was in her purse i though she had a poison in there, she had a gun but she was a poison. I hope it makes sense 😅

Sorry...the 2021 remake of Nightmare Alley IS inferior compared to the 1947 movie. IT IS analogous to the 1998 failed remake of Psycho...the concepts are poorly executed within the artistic framework of the movie.
