Jonathan Young may get the steriotype for doing every villian but he does it so well that I'd rather no one else attempts to sound that good. Me and my husband grew up on Disney films and every song I like thus far (villain wise, who doesn't love a good villain) Jonathan and his pals have nailed so well. Love it.

This would fit perfectly if they made a horror movie based off of The Nightmare Before Christmas. The plot would be something like this: The Pumpkin King, Jack Skellington & The Mayor of Halloween are experiencing their day normally as everything should be. But Jack decides he wants to go adventuring and temporarily leaves to travel. He ends up going to Christmas. He ends up speaking with The King of Christmas, Santa Claus and they seem to be chill with each other and agree. But, Jack has other plans, he realizes he likes Christmas and is bored of only having 1 Holiday. Jack steals some Christmas things and returns to Halloween. He decides that if he can’t have it, nobody can, and Jack announces they are officially declaring war on Christmas. Jack asks The Mayor to get him the most evil, insane, twisted citizen of Halloween and see what they plan. The Mayor finds for Jack a very evil, gambling boogie man, named The Oogie Boogie Man. Oogie Boogie offers Jack to have his minions kidnap Santa and have Jack take over Christmas, Jack thinks this is perfect and he gets the plan into action. Though on the other hand, in Christmas town, the citizens have already heard of this. Santa allies with Easter to try and stop Halloween. Santa also gets all of his nutcracker soldiers armed and ready to attack. Right before Jack is about to take over Christmas, The Easter Bunny & his baby chick soldiers try to invade Halloween. Though Easter fails terribly, all of the soldiers end up dying, but Jack finds it in his heart to have the Easter Bunny sent back to Easter. Oogie Boogie kidnaps Santa, but he also decides that isn’t enough. He takes Sally as well. (Which in this hypothetical version, was already Jack’s GF.) As Oogie Boogie finds it more fun with more people, and that Oogie gets no reward for Jack taking over Christmas with Oogie’s plan. He basically ends up torturing and killing them both in lava. Meanwhile, Jack is invading Christmas. All of the citizens are running for their lives from possessed teddy bears, and evil baby dolls. Jack keeps delivering in his Skeleton Reindeer sleigh and keeps slowly invading Christmas. Though on a count of 3, all the Nutcracker Soldiers decide to fire at Jack. Jack thinks these are fireworks in celebration of him, which he ends up terribly wrong. They keep firing, and firing, until Jack finally realizes what is actually happening. Then his sleigh gets shot down. News breaks out, and The Mayor announces that The Pumpkin King is dead. The Mayor tries to go and inform Sally of what happened, but, he couldn’t find her anywhere. He goes to speak with Sally’s creator/father, Dr. Finklestein. Dr. Finklestein tells The Mayor that Sally was last seen with The Boogie Man. The Mayor knows that nothing good could’ve happened with Sally and Oogie Boogie. The Mayor goes on his way to Oogie Boogie. He finds out that Oogie Boogie killed Sally, which causes The Mayor to rage, they end up fighting until The Mayor loses, he falls into the same lava that Sally and Santa died in. Though while falling, he pulled onto a seam, and that seam held up Oogie Boogie. Causing Oogie Boogie to unravel and cease to exist. The Mayor & Oogie Boogie are now both dead. And now with 2 Rulerless lands. Chaos insues, the Nutcracker Soldiers and citizens of Halloween keep invading each other’s land, and fight. Due to this foolishness, the movie ends with both doors for Halloween & Christmas to be removed like how Dream Town’s door did.

This is painfully difficult to tell between Ken Page’s Boogie and Jonathan’s Boogie. I do believe that in the movie and Oogie Boogie is portrayed, Ken Page’s version matches him much better since he acts super taunting and playful, dangerously so. However, in terms of what is truly horror and what os truly terrifying, Jonathan’s takes the cake for fear factor.

I imagine Oogie Boogie expecting an expert stuntman to gamble the life of, only to realize that the famous "Sandy Claws" is very...unassuming. Oogie thinks "oh well, the deadly show must go on! if you die, I'll laugh and the crowd will think it's only part of the show as always." Then Oogie whisks a weary Santa out from his horrifying, spider-themed lair to find that it leads straight to a stage in a nice venue filled with innocent guests enjoying the show.
