it's kinda hard for me to pick which king kong is my favorite, but I think all of them were designed VERY well. also, seeing a giant king Kong on fire must've been terrifying!!

I remember hearing that dino de laurentiis actually owned the Kong animatronic and kept it in his mansion. I can't confirm that, but I like to think that's true and his family still has it somewhere.

I will sau that universal studio tour king kong has triggered not only my mechanaphobia but also my fear in animatronic gorillas since I was little. I can watch most animations, but watching any king kong or gorilla like animatronic or suit literally freaks me out terribly. King kong leaves a dreadful feeling in my heart. Though, I can't help but love the thrill of it.

4:40 this animatronic always wowed me for certain, and gave me more of an appreciation for the 1998 film for all the bad talk it got for using cgi. I actually got to incorperate it into a Dnd mini campaign I played that revolved around a low budget action movie that reused old school effects and a very hoku plotline All hail the king of the monsters!

I can't figure out Walt's costume 🤦‍♀️ there needs to be a cliffs notes for slippery brained people of the month. And maybe of the year. Being a new parent is hard what can i say 😭😭😭 look the second half of this terrified me. If i wasn't moving and still had the tv up and pulled it up on the big screen i would have surely tried to hide under the couch we no longer have. Kong in his older, animatronic glory will forever be my most frightening titan. If i poop my sleeping bag i blame you guys. 🦆

I'm sorry, but the information in the Kongfrontation 22:02 stating that they are a massive 39 feet tall and an astounding weight of 13,000 lbs .... I'm not saying this at all to sound tough or show off, but come to my jobsite. I'm a crane operator in the oilfield and if you see the things that I lift up every day you would not be impressed by that kong weight. I regularly lift up reels and other cargo that are about same height as me, 5' 8", and 6 feet length x 6 feet width and some of those reels can weigh 40,000 pounds. Some of them weigh more than 3 of the biggest kong that you mentioned. I lift up subsea trees that are really not that tall, but weighs 240,000 pounds.... Again, I'm not saying this because I expect people to be all freaked out and impressed with the things that I lift up with the crane. I'm just saying those kongs are not heavy at all.
