She is a phenomenal black country singer that should be blowing up the reaction channels and it's a crime that hasn't happened yet but a new trend *might be about to blow up 😉 A couple of her songs are"Black like me" and "What are you going to tell her".
Dude, it's been over 3 months since you reacted to anything. Man, I hope everything is okay with you and yours. It's a tough time I know. But when you come back, there is a young Russian contralto by the name of Diana Ankudinova that you might want to take a listen if only because she one of the most unique voices one can find, and, her mastery of her instrument is one day soon match Floor's quality. Now I realize what one likes is in the ear of the beholder, so I have no clue if you'll like it or not, but I sense the you are objective in your observations and would be honest in your reaction. Couple of choices I guess to start - A cover of Chris Stapleton's "Wicked Game" or Rag N Bone Man's "Human" or the French pop hit "Dernier Danse" or the Russian folk story called "Rechenka". Now she is young in these performances - 15 in the first two, 14 in the last two. I'll put links to make it easy for you to grab. This band's songs are often epic, emotional & highly melodic, but they do so without the metal influence of bands like Nightwish, Dream Theater, etc. They have a clear-voiced male tenor vocalist, dual lead guitarists, even some flute at times.
