That is real floor jansen. Deal with it. NW was forced to pay many $$$$ because of the global fem singer boycott of nightwish in 2012 after the anette olzon incident. Jansen was never supposed to be a long tern singer for them and actually ONLY A VERY TEMP ONE as a contract buster to keep olzon from getting royalties. It all backfired in court actions and olzon gets LARGE royalties from that band even though it is officially dead.

I had to listen to this to be fair to Annette. Thing is that I love her work on the studio albums but she just doesn't live up to it here. Floor is as good on studio albums as she is live. That's impressive.
+Jugolbrazowy Anette was the high-class singer for Nightwish. Now Floor is a good option, but Tarja and Anette are the best, really.

I do like both versions... Very different singers but still both really awesome... of course Floor gives something more because of the operatic sing but as I always said I love this band and I love all three of them
I just played Floor at Wacken and now this. An “honourable draw. An even contest.” I am happy with both Anette and Floor. Where as Floor sings Storytime better.
And I like Anette' Storytime better. I like the variation in her voice, while Floor is soft voice through out the song, Anette's song is more lively. Edit: Hamburg 2012 concert has pretty good audio quality one.

Holy Hell, never liked this singer, but hearing her sing live, it's hard to imagine how she got this gig back in 2007 - frequently off key, of pitch, just horrid

I would summize that Floor do this song justice live. It's a proven fact, even if I do like the original better because of the vocal variations. This has been the constant problem when Floor has covered DPP and Imaginaerum songs. Her performances are way too streamlined, considering they have so much range in them. Range that was for a different singer. We hear the same issues with the older songs as well. Floor is a beter fit on the older back catalogue from the Tarja era, since they are both sopranos, but even there she is lacking. Simply because they were made for Tarja Tarunen's voice. To make it work, they had to do the same as they did for Anette, which was change the songs a little to make them easier to sing, like they did with Ghost Love Score for Floor. I think the breaking point is The Poet and the Pendulum when it comes to Floor covering the DPP songs. If one listens to the Wembley performance (which has best audio imho), she literally kills the song until they come to the finale. There we are painfully reminded Floor is not Anette Olzon. But I won't put her down though. She is a good singer. A good fit for Nightwish. However, I would have loved for them to stay with Anette a few more years. Just imagine the music they would have put out, considering what they did with the time they had with her. Say waht you want about the last two albums, but they are nothing compared to the fantasy that Tuomas would have dreamed up had Anette been allowed to continue.
