Yeah, but at that time she also told Tuomas, that she does no longer see herself as being part of the band. She called it Nightwish a "project". That must have hurt Tuomas' feelings a lot.
I don't agree with you. Did you see the scene, where after the concert everybody was in the same room, only Tarja and Marcello already left? And how the boys reacted on that? She was late to interviews, took separate flights etc. I think both sides made mistakes.

But you know, then he had to speak with her eye to eye. All of us sometimes says things we regret. And I don't understand Tuomas if one interview he says "In open letter we had to say a few white lies" and in the other "I regret nothing I said in that letter and every word is truth". Why he's lying? After all, all we can do is guess what really happened
moclis in 2015 Tuomas said in one interview that the way thay handeled things with Tarja was UNPROFESSIONAL. He didn' t apologise but at least he admited it wasn't a good idea to go so public and dirty.

yes I agree with you, all we can do is guess :D Who know Tuomas is a liar or not?, same thing with Marcelo's answers.xD But I hate how he wrote that letter like the NW's split cause of all Tarja's fault.The way he treated her, whatever mistakes she made, is unforgiven, for me :((( And you said what? :D did Tuomas say "open letter we had to say a few whites lies"??? Whatever she did, she did not deserve to be kicked out that way. No singer will ever be able to replace her or sing the songs she sang in this way ....
@Miksu24 Yes she said it, she also said that NW was very important in her life and the band was always at first place. I wondered why she had decided to make solo career and the answer is in the the way how Tuomas and others said to her goodbye- it wasn't the way as anyone who like each other does, an atmosphere in the band had to be really heavy. And we've got song "Enough".
Tuomas once said that his songs are his children and Marcello explain later that Tuo treat his songs like diary. Knowing this I sat down and try to understand what he had on mind when he was writting them. All these songs are really beautifull but putting words like he did into song and say somebody to sing it isn't OK. And I understand now Tarja's "had enough symphonies of sorrow" from Enough song. The true reason was there and it explained why Tuo "can't write for Tarja anymore" (The letter)
yes of course me too :((( I want to see them together just once more time :( but I think, if someone treated me by the way Tuomas did, I wouldn't want to talk to him anymore.whatever mistakés Tarja did, firing someone just by a letter and talking the bad privates thing to the public just before the start of her solo career is, obviously a meanest thing ever!! :(( are you NW's fan or NW old era's fan, Tarja's fan?
She is great and none of the current nightwish singers are not even half of good as she is, but if she was so diva about her career and she wanted to quit then I think Nightwish is doing great without her, they needed to move on and they did!

I was NW's fan even after departure with Tarja, but when I found internet all these informations and I sterted to read lyrics really carefully I end with them. Now I am Tarja's fan. I love NW's music also and it means for me a lot but I am not their fans.
