My favorite Nightwish song. Just flows so perfectly. You can tell everything just fell into place, no striving to find transitions, perfect balance of hard and soft...I never tire of it. The pureness and energy reminds me of the "death of the Mandarin" sequence from Bartok. You just get caught up in it.

The cruise ship is a ship that takes about 2000 people, and it usually sails from Helsinki to Stockholm in 15 hours. This was a 24 hours journey between Helsinki and Tallinn. Sadly it was sold out pretty fast so didn't get tickets. They had this main concert you see here and many other smaller concerts. I have been on this ship hundreds of times to Stockholm from Helsinki and back. I would love you to check out an other finnish singer Jarkko Ahola singing Adagio at Savonlimma castle, he has no vocal training what so ever but he sings opera and heavy and just enything. Would be interesting to see your view on him, he is one of my favorite singers. Thanks for these reactions, they are really nice.

I d say more of a bit of both now that i think of it! when i was kid i started with hard rock and metal and i noticed that with my metalhead friends i had much more wholesome, open and deep conversations then with my other friends. Open minded kids with more food for thought. What you said reminded me at my teens 20+ years ago the metal community as one of the more welcoming that i knew. No matter if you were the school gymnastics star or the nerd or the cool kid or of color, it didn t mattered at all. All were welcomed!

FYI you should know this before watching The Poet and the Pendulum is about Tuomas when he was depressed after the open letter firing there 1st singer Tarja . its an on stage suicide . the song is in reverse and the last part "mother & father" is words spoken to him by his parents . Important to do Wembley with lyrics

Well I've been in 7 Nightwish concerts in NYC. 1st. Nightwish concert with Tarja, small bar type at Brooklyn... Anette era 2 concerts time's square NYC. Awesome Venue 2000 crowd... Best Nightwish concert at Hammerstein's Ballroom: Nightwish, Sabaton and Delain... It's was the biggest Nightwish Concert at NYC. Nice venue, all you need it's couple drinks at Metal concert... Nightwish gives you everything live🤘🤟🤘🤟🤘🤟🤘

Hey you beautiful soul, blessed with a great voice and a sparkling personality! I've never seen a stream live, but I really liked your analysis and reaction! A good growl is done with the false vocal cords. They are situated above the vocal cords. Try singing a low tone and then try to put a light growl from that tone. When you're lightly feeling your vocal cords in the normal section, than turn to a light growl, you can feel your false vocal cords above your normal vocal cords!

"Did you just hear that drum fill!" Yep, that's why I asked you the other day to react to Wintersun. Kai was previously their drummer, and he's a monster. Sorry I missed this stream. I was enjoying all-you-can-eat sushi with friends, but hopefully I'll make it on tomorrow. Obviously you're a vocal reactor, not a drums reactor, but Wintersun's lead singer, guitarist, and songwriter Jari Mäenpää (Yari Mahn-pah) has an incredibly versatile and powerful voice.

Jinjer is the BAND/Group, the singer is Tatiana (Tati or Tati BooYaka), Accuracy counts! Regarding Floor's growls; first she is an amazing talent. Second, growls are produced by moving large amounts of air over the false folds of the larynx, or false cords (I forget). But imagine a young mother with that talent (to growl) and make a "demonic facial expression" if their child gets out of line. This would have to be controlled so that it only comes out when mama is particularly annoyed, extreme circumstance, otherwise it would lose it's impact.

For anyone else, who stumbled upon this thing looking for Maggie's reaction video: The first bits of actual content appear start from 30:14 . Still, it's largely about trawling participants for a Twitch session to fulfill some quota, and entertaining the live chatters - and this RU-vid video is simply a completely unedited dump of raw footage that live session. Well, we can largely deduce that much from the length of the video, but I still hope this isn't going to be the next big trend, when it comes to actual reaction videos. Oh, well.

And I invited you for my live reaction because you seem to have enjoyed my reaction except for the part that I'm trying to work hard to get a Twitch partnership which comes with the territory of providing fast and reliable streams for my subscribers who love them. @@maggiereneemusic The live sessions for your fans is one (great) thing. Uploading that unedited session as a permanent "reaction video" might be considered quite the other. I have previously much enjoyed your reasonably compact, very insightful and funny reaction videos, where your acquired expertice on the field has also been very nicely on display. I loved all that. Stretching that core content across a hours long incoherent mess of chat banter, begging for more fans to join the live session etc. simply doesn't make it a watchable RU-vid video worthy of open ended future consumption (except for the original participants). As such it rather falls far below your earlier work, imho. Of course, doing the live sessions that your fans enjoy amounts to a great intimate social service, but please consider uploading also edited versions of these sessions for the permanent record, if you insist on calling them reaction videos. Remember: the vast and seemingly unlimited storage space still recides in physical severs somewhere, and uses very real energy to uphold. If more and more people in RU-vid embrace this approach, where does all the New Quality Porn go... ...and at what cost?! Dun-dun-dun-duuuuuuuuuun. I greatly appreciate your responses to my babblings, though. You read your comments. Boy, do I feel like the brightest asshole now...

For me it more like "dying growl".But it certainly not "join in now". In one of the making of vid's you can hear it quite clear. Floor doe have a tendency to change lyrics: GLS thee to tears, singing to sitting. PatP: waterfal to waterfalls

@@jantje57 If you think about the context / all lyrics, "crowd" would be most logical option. In the cruise video, if you listen carefully, you can hear "d" pronounced in the end of the word. "Crowl" and "crown" would fit as well, tho.

i don't know how much Twitch has changed. Been a while since i was an active streamer and paid attention to people getting partnered. Last i knew, Twitch doesn't like it when you are streaming simultaneously on another platform. when you submit your application, they look at where your views are coming from, and might hold this against you. also, they've been very strict about copyright on Twitch lately as well. i've heard stories of them making people delete all their saved clips because of copyright claims. good luck. i hope you make it. your windmill was excellently extra!
