@4:05 hyped for the movie but came for the announcer girl! imagine she appears in Hasunosora too! 😅 that will be wild!

I was not a fan of the animation at first and tbh it will still take some time to get used to. But overall I'm excited for it and the animation in the MVs still looks amazing. I find it interesting that some shots appear to be the same or extremely similar to the original Nijigasaki anime style like Lanzhu with her mom and one side profile shot of Emma that was shown. Might end up like the anime movie "Trapezium" which had 2 different animation styles in the trailer as well (including Kerorira/Bocchi style)

if people think the art is a downgrade but they seem to be upgrading on animation, more movements, etc... background art also seems to be better 4:30 it's gonna be a solo idol tournament, it's grand prix because there will be separate venues, assuming part 2 will have the other 6 members attending a separate venue

Sometimes the art style has to be simplified to have better animation. Pokemon had this whole discussion years ago when their Sun & Moon anime came out.

My theory is 4 solos for each movie, there will be 3 movies and there is 12 Nijigaku school idols. 3*4=12 For unit songs and full group songs I don’t have a theory on that. Especially since there may or may not be any unit songs.

Bold prediction but movies 1 and 2 will have four solo songs and a six-member group song with/out of the six members present, and movie 3 will have four solo songs with the four remaining girls and a group song with all twelve members.

Not a fan of the new animation but im glad the songs will look good at the very least. im hoping Setsuna gets some kind of solo as well

I think all girls will get them but it’s gonna be split Like the first movie focuses on half of the group, so maybe the second will focus on the other half

I don't know honestly.. in some parts, the art style looks nice and sometimes it looks so meh. I don't know how to describe it. I wished it was just regular TV style. I'm not a big fan of it, but I don't mind the change.
