They weren’t feeling “threatened” about being “doxxed.” They were feeling threatened because Doki very likely named them as the bullies, and it sounded like they wanted to get ahead of her and make a defense for themselves. It reeked of preemptive damage control. Just scared of being exposed.

A couple of mistakes that have popped up because of that video 1:Regardless of what Vox says Selen has never made the claim that she was harassed by her fellow livers, only nijisanji has made that claim 2: Being a part of the poor work environment does not need you to have malice to do so, A personal example to help people understand is that I was blamed by a manager for something wrong that I did not do and a coworker attempted to “comfort” me by saying that it’s best to just suck it up. This would be something that would make a poor work environment since while they might have thought that they were helping having my experience be invalidated like that was very hurtful

Absolute insanity that Doki was going to let this go, but not only did Kurosanji insist on kicking themselves in their own ass anyway, but they gave the public laser-guided focus on which livers were likely bullying Selen when previously there were only guesses (including name-dropping Millie of all people, who was already suspect #1 but with no proof until now). They really did just set fire to the already sinking yacht while handing out lead life vests to the remaining talents.

Worth noting that their Twitter account can in fact be reported for "exposing private info" now under these circumstances, so everyone get in there and do your part.

What's really heartbreaking is that you could hear Doki was starting to have a panic attack when she found out during the stream. As much as I love drama, I kinda wish this battle was between lawyers and not with talents, statements and whomever is making these twitter post decisions. Despite Dokibird wanting to move away from this, somehow the bullies have made themselves known. This is not only such a self report, but it's basically throwing accelerant at the active fire that is Kurosanji. They'd rather try to bury Doki than admit they were wrong, and they're only successfully digging their own hole at record breaking speeds. F the dirt, I pray Doki and her lawyer sue Kurosanji into brimstone.

Hmm, since the documents were for the Lawyers only and with an active case running. There is one thing that is being forgotten. I’m no lawyer, but Nijisanji releasing Doki’s private information with the livers sounds VERY illegal, or at the very least some sort of breach of privacy. Nijisanji is about to collapse entirely, and it’s all their own faults. Horrible manipulative management, toxic livers, etc., they DESERVE to collapse at this point

This is a rather sad situation and it is sickening to see how the company is acting. Not only are they trying to make doki's life a living hell but they are doing the most cowardly thing they can do and that is using their talents as shields to keep themselves afloat. I do feel sorry for any of the talents that are being used against their will (I can not say that all of them are completely innocent), but for those that did nothing wrong it is sad knowing that this could hurt them in the long run if they leave the company.

so in conclusion, the harassment was coming from all of the livers within the company, or a large portion of the livers, which were being controlled and protected by management, with any supportive messages or friends being blocked out by management in an attempt to wear down her resistance, but fortunately or unfortunately, Selen was too kind to fall down to that same level of scumbaggery, and her will to live crumbled first. the company then realized she couldn't be manipulated and that trying to force it was endangering her life and that they were long past the point of causing her mental health to collapse, and tried to agressively cut ties before a major scandal happened, and in doing so, created a major scandal, they then doubled down and threw everything they had at selen which exponentially worsened the situation, and then they went and blamed that on selen as well. now they doubled down AGAIN, because they weren't satisfied with how things were turning out. "go big or go home" is apparently something they live by as a black company, and now more than ever, it's becoming increasingly obvious that they were destined to collapse with or without selens graduation, as their way of doing things is just to escalate them to the extreme until they win. So far I only followed this whole drama rather loosely, as I barely watched any Nijisanji livers and I was never a Selen fan, but this has really gotten big the past few days and I subbed to Dokibird simply out of solidarity just now, because I can't imagine how hard this all must be for her and I really wish her all the best for her future. It's amazing how she already passed the 500k mark (though I don't know how many she had before her termination, so maybe this was to be expected).

I'll preface this by saying I don't watch streamers or vtubers, but I heard about DokiBird on the official NeoPets Discord and was excited to see her play. I've been casually playing for over 15 years now and was happy to see someone with an audience as large as hers come and check out the site. After her stream ended last night, I had to do research to understand what was going on and it's heartbreaking. I am sad that the first experience I was going to have with a vtuber was brought to an end by a petty company who just won't leave her alone. I wish her all the best and look forward to seeing nothing but great things from her in the future.

I don't think Nijisanji could have handled this situation worse at this point it's kind of impressive.

Again...we need receipts of Selen being this horrible person. They claim all of this stuff but only with their words for proof. This just screams that Nijisanji just gave them a script as well and since they want to keep their job, they also threw Selen under the bus instead of standing up for her. Such a disappointment.

I talked about this last night a few minutes after it happened with my boyfriend, and I noticed some interesting points aside from the ones mentioned by Rev. let me share. 1. Nijisanji is doing exactly what they did to Sayu (Zaion) but on a bigger, more dangerous scale. 2. It is quite interesting (and odd) they they used the 3 biggest talents after Pomu and Selen to do that stream, I am suspecting that these three livers stand strong against the company, and in retaliation Nijisanji forced them to do this. 3. I said on Twitter that I already suspected Nijisanji to basically disappear this year, Selen's termination was a huge leap towards it, and this move right here is basically them digging the grave they will be buried in. 4. I also noted that the company went international, and they still force talents to operate under Japanese labor laws despite most talents not even being from or living in Japan, I understand that there is a space of gray because it's the internet, but if a company branches out internationally, each branch should follow each country's labor laws and not override said laws, this has the potential to escalate even further. 5. The ONLY way that Nijisanji could ever recover, is if the CEO sells the company to another, more competent person that understands business better, specifically international business.

What they describe is a normal legal document. If there's a necessity to name people, their legal names will be used. The person is named not the character. And that would include people who didn't do anything wrong but may be worth talking to for both sides of the argument. I suspect they were shown that document with no understanding of why it's structured the way it is, and essentially drove a bus over themselves because of it. There's a mix of nievete when some manipulation.

The dox thing makes zero sense. Because it was the fact she had the information that seemed the issue. But you can't get rid of that knowledge without just memory wiping her. Every one of those livers know a lot about each other and you could apply the same logic to each one of them.

I don't even need to read the document. I can imagine what's actually been written in it. Probably a whole documentation of everything that led to her being pushed over the edge with receipts. That means medical records (as far as they are relevant to the case being made), private messages (which we've only seen a part of) and - of course - the real names of the people who bullied and harrassed her (that includes livers and management as well). Doki wanted to handle it gracefully and keep it private and between her and her employer only. But, of course, bullies gotta continue. They outed themselves. They DO NOT deserve you giving them the benefit of the doubt. Absolutely not. They should know better than to participate in that kind of stunt. Period.
