The laws are different in the U.K. You can record and post someone without their permission. Thomas agreed to the interview, Niko can do whatever he wants with the footage. It’s both a good and bad law here.
Those Little towns are boring as hell, I know cause i grew up in a little town in central Georgia which is 90% black and we had one highschool, one grocery store, a hole in the wall club that's super hood & three restaurants, So glad I got out of that place. One thing positive about those small towns is the people are really friendly and everybody knows everybody.
Nah if you agree to an interview without researching or asking for an agreement to check the final footage then you're a fool. That's what the Thomas Robb guy did. Plus I don't think Niko cares, 2 different countries etc

He most likely didn't ask and just uploaded it and he did technically come sent to a interview that was going to be recorded the only difference it was just not going on the BBC
