I was about to comment on this. Yes it was kind of deplorable seeing Asmon disagree with how RU-vid ruined his life. I understand that Asmon has probably found much knowledge and different things in life on his online journey but that doesn’t mean everyone is going to have it that way but of course I cannot blame Asmon in any way because it’s like a top commenter said on nikis new video “ if this was a social experiment we all failed” people like meat canyon animating that there was a bad problem he was facing should be looked at as one of the good things as someone who truly supported him to change. It’s quite complex and who knows if it really was a scapegoat for Niki but given his attitude and the way he comes across in his new videos He seems like an intelligent person who was definitely playing a character…. Idk what to think until more information becomes available as my mind is blown still…

He's the only one making the decision every day to get up and poison himself with too much food, let alone blow through more money than most of us will ever see in a lifetime, purely out of a lack of self-control, the responsibility of which he pushes onto any external locus he can think of at the moment. I think you're right in the sense that anyone watching his content, watching him destroy himself for their entertainment, has failed some sort of ethical challenge. But the first Domino to fall in that sequence is Nick himself. None of this happens without him. And he continues to abandon the responsibility he has to take care for himself - anyone enabling him to that point is absolutely failing him. 😶 He's nearly scream crying that he hates what he's doing while he consistently makes the decision to do it. Regardless of how many people were in his comments sections telling him he's killing himself, begging for him to stop. Even offering ideas asking him to pursue different styles of content that don't require him to abuse himself on screen. If he would wake up to the fact that he chooses this and he can choose otherwise we'd all be talking about an entirely different outcome. none of us can force him to change. Only Nick can do that so we are.

Asmond definitely isn't health goals, but he is certainly healthier than Nick avocado on multiple metrics.

The other guy has a BMI 25+ which although is a bit high, but as he said, he has visible abs which means he probably hits the gym and have a higher muscle to body mass ratio, resulting in a higher BMI. Not sure if that's the case for you or not. You know the best about yourself, so if it's causing you the slightest inconvinience, make sure to be cautious about it.
