As someone who lost 100lbs, I can say it was an insane amount of work. I couldn't imagine how hard it was for him to lose over twice that. Imo I think that hard work should be praised. That's not true, Stephanie moves every 2 years for investment on her house. In the USA, it's a tax saving tactic where you don't have to paid taxes on the gains of the capital after sale if you are in your house for 2 years. Many yotubers and celebs do it . She's made millions from doing it because of the expensive real estate. Variety magazine even wrote about her house and talked about it.

I am a huge Rotten Mango fan and actually found Stephanie back when her initial video was posted about Nick... it broke my heart seeing and hearing her discuss everything that happened and it made me clearly understand who Nick was in relation to others. Fast forward and I saw the panda mask Nick wore in his comeback video, and thought immediately that it was Stephanies husbands mask- which was the fing goal Nick had, as THAT was a direct and targeted attack against her. Its one thing to say its a random happenstance, that its just a panda mask... but its basically the same damn mask- cute eyes and all. I took it as, her husband was her safe place and that panda emote was something they shared- Nick wanted to take that and taint it however he could and hurt something precious of theirs since he feels they took something precious of his away too.

I remember watching this, and it was so uncomfortable to watch. He kept on trying to make her say things, she seemed to not want to discuss. He kept on doing that Weird laugh, to try to lessen his negative intent.

The video itself is horrifying, and to those who are saying, "he had the mask before-" After the drama that went down with him, Stephanie and her husband, doing something like this is in EXTREMELY poor taste, especially if legal action was taken, which sounds like there might have been. I don't care if he had the panda mask before - to "come back" in this way is insanely creepy, period, and uncalled for when looked at from an angle of how he left off. No matter what way you twist it, I can GUARANTEE he knew this would be at the forethought of a lot of people's minds, and Stephanie doesn't deserve any of that in the slightest. This has now been dug up for her too, and I can only imagine how she feels about having to deal with it AGAIN after finally putting it behind her 4 years ago.
I love Stephanie Soo and I remember when this happened it really bummed me out, as far as I know she has only been involved with 2 RU-vid drama situations and this one was more about her concerns with her safety rather than your average youtube drama. Where some people thrive on drama and use it to their advantage I don't think she's that type. To me it seems like she'd be happy to go through her whole RU-vid career without being apart of any drama. To be honest I was kind of hoping that part of Nickado's reveal would be that their rivalry was staged as part of his "social experiment" and that Steph was in on it the entire time. 😮
I’ve never been able to listen to him for long, and him using his “I’m so much smarter than thou, bow before me” voice is just the biggest rage trigger for me. Like, hats off to you Adam for listening to him cause I’d rather be in a room of screaming children than listen to him speak lol
He's clearly a psychopath/sociopath one of those type of things. He feels dangerous and yucky to me. As in he puts a yucky feeling in the air. He gets off on making people uncomfortable. I think these people need to be very careful of him and don't take his shit personally because he clearly has an issue that has nothing to do with them. They should just steer clear of him and not get sucked into his delusions again. Especially don't get sucked in by this new weight loss thing, it doesn't make him magically a good person to show interest in. People really need to be careful of him and not give him all this attention. It's what he wants!

Ppl are saying she arranged all this stuff 4 years ago w/nick and admitted it in a podcast. I dont remember this, and ive watched all her content for years. I remember when she started her first podcast. She didnt wver mention nick, it was all true crime. Do yall not remember the second video she made clapping back at nick where she was wearing all black? Nick has a patter of behaviour of being manipulative. Stephanie does not. She doesnt even do collabs that much because of the drama from all this. Plus, it she had admitted to this stuff in a podcast, she would have been dragged and cancelled for this, and her credibility would be gone.

I just read his interview with NBC and he told them that the panda masks represents the "black and white" false reality of social media and how quickly people consume false information as fact. Her second video is so much more powerful. I think she saw some support and when it came time to respond to his video she realized she wasn't alone and that she could start getting angry. The first video seems like she's trying to stay timid and non-aggressive out of fear of retaliation.
I personally think the Panda mask being connected to stephanie is a reach. Nick's been using that same mask for his skits way before he met her. He was in South America and he had a pet bird on his shoulder, I remember.
It's a huge reach. The thing is, many people didn't follow Nick's content in the old days so they don't even know. In fact, many of his audience think Stephanie copied him by using the same panda mask.

Yeah, the panda mask was recognizable for anyone who follows Stephanie. It was the first thing I clocked. I’m not sure if she still does mukbangs, but she does a lot of true crime content now. Obviously we only see what is posted, but would recommend!
