It's stunning. This piece is truly one of my favorites of all time, can't wait to play it one day. Many of these solos are the best version I've ever heard, my favorite rendition of the bassoon solo was one I heard live though (Munich Philharmonic with Gergiev). In the third phrase, he held the long note for seemingly forever, right down to a pianissimo and back up without taking a breath. The entire hall was absolutely silent with their full attention to his playing.
