I'm thinking there will be a Z50MII ($ similar to Z50) without IBIS, and a Z80 ($1000+) with IBIS and more advanced autofocus. Which will you buy?

Waste of time, Nikon is toying with revamp of older model's with some minor improvements. This strategy isn't going to go well with those Nikon loyalists who wish to see new APSc model's with upgraded MP and suited for action sport's and wildlife photography & videos.... The least Nikon can do is to release Z80 with 26/28 MP sensor and Z90 with 33/40 MP sensor with AF & Other goodies from Z9/Z8 models.... These should be offered in bigger bodies akin to Z8 size....

Absolutely, I get your point. It can be frustrating when it feels like a company is just giving older models a minor refresh instead of introducing new, high-performance options that enthusiasts are craving. A Z80 with a 26/28 MP sensor and a Z90 with a 33/40 MP sensor, packed with features from the Z9/Z8 and in a body size like the Z8, would definitely hit the mark for action sports and wildlife photography. Let’s hope Nikon is paying attention to the community's feedback and will consider these kinds of upgrades in their future releases. It would be great to see them deliver the innovative models that loyal users are asking for!
